Maybelline The Colossal Cat's Eyes

when i got this mascara it was the best thing ever but as maybelline does it comes out with more mascaras regularly but this was very good at the time i did find it did clump it was more for the volume and it didnt lengthen my lashes to much i find the maybelline one by one does evrything i need and makes my eyelashes to amazing

So I recently purchased one of these and found that the shape of the brush actually irritated my lashes it also caused clumps and an uneven coat on lashes. The packaging is good as its a bright yellow and will be very hard to lose as for price I got mine on special so I wasnt too dissapointed.

I do like this product, how ever it is super wet when i first apply it, and it gets all over my eyelid as i have long eyelashes to start with, it also tends to make my eyelashes clump together more. i'll probably never use this mascara on its own, i usually put it over the top of my cover girl mascara as it works amazing that way for me! :)

Maybelline collosal lash is my favourite mascara so when I saw this I figured it would just be a step up! However I was wrong. I brought two of these mascaras of a grabone deal and have been dissapointed.

For one it feels as if theres hardly any product in the bottles. Secondly the brush shape is actually hard to use and feels like youre hardly putting any product on your lashes. I am still continuing to use it as it does make my lashes long but I wouldn't really recommend this to anyone. I got it for a really good price so am happy to continue using but for retail price its not worth the money.

Although this mascara does do the job it is not exceptional. The wand and brush made application for me a bit strange and lead to a few lumps which lets be honest we all want to avoid!! However it does do the job. When at full price I think it is totally unreasonable but when on sale below 10$ I think it is still a pretty good buy

I absolutely love the whole Cat Eyes Look! I have heard so much about this mascara for a long time, I thought I would finally purchase it and give it a go for myself.

I really like the leopard print on the mascara tube. The mascara wand is curvy and it is narrow with spikes. This is the perfect wand to achieve the perfect cat eye look. One coat even looks amazing because the wand gets all of the lashes at once. The formula is amazing. It is long lasting and it does not clump. Unfortunately the mascara itself reacted with my eyes, causing them to sting and burn so I cant use this mascara ever again. Its a good mascara though. It is an essential for the Perfect Cat Eye!

I like this mascara just as a mascara in general, but it does not live up to the claims it makes. 'Full lashes in one swipe' is not true, however when you do apply a few swipes or coats it does give your lashes a wonderful boost, the brush works well to fit my eye shape and coat every single lash with ease. I also wouldn't say it's '8x the volume', but it definitely enhances your lashes and lasts well without smudging. It's pretty similar to your average mascara but with a different brush which I personally like but others may not, so I would only recommend purchasing if the brush is something you like or want to try!

Love a good mascara especially if it does what it says it does. I found this didn't give cat like corners and so I was a bit disappointed. It applied easily enough and had a decent amount on the wand for application only the wand comes apart argh! The frustration was real.. it is a shame because the wand is quite nice to use and glides over the lashes not snagging. I was determined to use this considering the price I paid so I persevered. I wouldn't use this for nights out. I use this for the kindy run with my BB cream so am just clutching at straws really. I know people are different and like their own look but this just didn't give me the cat eyes I was hoping for. The consistency was just too thick for my liking and I think that's why it didn't spread my lashes out enough to get a good look.. it just seemed to bring them together and make them looked clumped.

I was recommended this mascara recently. I heard a lot of good things about it so I decided to go out buy it. I find it works pretty good if you put it on layer upon layer. It did end up making my lashes look voluminous after a while. But overall, it's one of my favorite mascaras!

I was super excited to try this as I am forever trying to make my eyes look more cat like.

The first thing that struck me upon using this was how small and thin the brush is. I'm not sure why but I thought it may have been larger.

The formula of the mascara is nice - it's super pigmented and it goes on fairly easily although I found it takes a little while to dry.

The brush is easy to use and I like that it separates my lashes. However, I found it didn't really live up to its claims of making your eyes more cat like...

Even when I applied three coats to the outer lashes it made them look nice but not really any different to any other mascara I use.

I do enjoy the packaging of this, I think it's cute and it is really easy to spot in my collection as the yellow is so vibrant.

In my opinion the price is too high for something that I feel performs the same as other (lesser priced) mascaras. I got this at a bucket sale so I am not miffed as it was cheap but if I were going to spend $32.95 I would rather buy Benefit's 'They're Real' (my fave mascara ever).

I won't be repurchasing this but I still have a lot left so I will finish the tube. I would recommend this if it were a lot cheaper and you wanted something that is a decent mascara. However, I don't feel it lives up to its claims and the price - in my opinion - is ridiculous when the performance is so average.
