Maybelline The Colossal Cat's Eyes

I love this mascara! It is a little hard to take off after the day as it is waterproof. I wear this to school and I love how I don't have to worry about it dripping down into my face on rainy days! I had it on a rainy day quite few times but it never dropped off! The wand is a little difficult to use for the inner corner of the eye but it's great for the rest of your eye haha and since its curved, it lifts up your lashes a little bit in my opinion! Overall, I think this is a great product to use!

The Mabelline mascara gives great volume and length while being waterproof (which is so handy in summer and our rainy winter). I actually really love the wand because i can get into the really tight spots without transferring the product onto my skin.

Great mascara! especially for lower lashes due to the brush shape!, it dried quicker than my other maybelliene mascaras, this one did give a wee flick to the lashes "hence the cat eyes branding" but i found it was good to use overtop of another mascara to almost set in place my lashes, would repurchase if it was on sale.

I personally havent tried many brands of mascara, if I remember correctly its only been a few Maybeline ones, a Loreal one and a MaxFactor one. I have been quite happy with the Maybeline range as I fall back to it everytime and I am currently using this one in conjunction with another at the moment and Im very happy with the results!

I find that this one, as well as the Collosal Volumizing one is great for creating plenty of volume in the lashes, it also makes your lashes nice and dark and I find that it creates great length to every individual lash.

One thing I find with this particualr mascara though is that the bristles on the comb can be a little bit rough if you are quite forcefull with the application because the bristles are not rubber they are more like the brisltes on a hairbrush or a teasing brush which I find has quite a scratchy feel to them. But the shape of the comb itself is great as it helps to push the lashes up creating a more "opened look" to your eyes.

I do find that with all the Maybeline mascaras I have tried they are quite watery at first, but once you have used them a couple of times it drys out to a better consistantcy. Just be mindful of this and persist with it :)

I loved this Mascara! I do enjoy a good mascara that separates and this was one of them! I enjoyed the brush shape also it's ergonomic shape fits perfectly around your lashes!

The packaging is what drew me to this mascara in the first place, and im glad it did. I love it. The wand is amazing, its curved which makes it easier to apply and actually helps keep the curl in your eyelashes. It doesn't clump and will stay on all day. Its also reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend.

I really like this mascara. It does create a great cat eye look with practically zero effort.

I've found I often end up getting tiny dots of mascara on my eyelid just above my lashline, but that could be user error at this point.

I have th waterproof version and I've found it has great staying power.

I really really love the brush, and think I might buy the non-waterproof version next time because I like it so much.

I got mine for 50% off which was a great deal - I'm not sure I'd feel quite so enthusiastic about it if I had paid full RRP though.

I have got my friends hooked on this mascara. It gives my lashes a nice long curled look which I love. Sometimes it can get a bit flaky and a bit clumpy if you layer it too much. But overall I really like it, its not my ultimate fav but its up there.

Loving the wand on this mascara. It's perfect for the bottom lashes which I have always found difficult to do without making a mess. The wand is quite small compared to the other mascaras and it has quite a big curve in it which makes applying mascara a breeze. Because it's so curved and the wand isn't bulky, you're able to apply yor mascara without the wand touching the under eye area. The formula is lovely to deal with, it doesn't clump up (I tend to wipe off excess product before applying) and it's quite buildable if you don't leave it too long inbetween applications. It lasts allday and it doesn't smudge throughout the day (unless the eye area gets quite wet, rain, sweat from the heat etc) so overall it really is a great mascara.

I love Maybelline mascaras! They do the business... they lengthen, separate, thicken and most importantly, last! I love the price and that I can just throw one in at the supermarket!! I love the large juicy brush, if I am careful with it, I can get all my lashes including my littlies.
