Maybelline Volume Express Mascara - Falsies Flared

I really love this mascara! It was the first mascara I owned and I loved it. It didn't clump my eyelashes and it definitely does live up to its name 'falsies'. It's such a nice mascara, it coats really well and definitely builds and lengthens lashes. An awesome mascara, definitely recommend this!

It's hard to find a really good mascara (I think anyway). So often they don't live up to their promises and you're left with spiky clumpy lashes (yes, I know all the models wear fake lashes in the adverts but still...). This one is pretty darn good though. It's got a great consistency to apply and really does give my lashes some extra oomph. It's the mascara I turn to time and time again.

I have very long but sparse lashes and this mascara is just too clumpy for me. And I like my lashes a little "spidery" but this was just too much.

Very volumising and never clumpy after a few coats. The wand is a nice shape and picks up the right amount of product.

I absolutely love this mascara. A lot of people think Maybelline is cheap and crappy but this mascara is truly amazing. Makes my lashes look super long and voluptuous . I hope they never stop selling this!

This mascara is my go-to when I need to go buy some more. I feel it's a bit gimmicky though, as it's easy to make eyelashes look more flared even with normal mascara just by working on the outer lashes more.

These definitely give volume though! I have long lashes but sometimes I just wish they looked more full and this mascara definitely does just that.

I wouldn't go as far as saying that they give the look of false lashes though, haha.

I have tried many mascarra's over the years but due to sensitive skin all have failed. Maybelline is the first mascara that I have been able to use without irritation and smudging. It's fantastic.

I'm super picky with mascara, and found this to be quite good. I liked the curved brush, and found it to not be too clumpy. It added good length and volume. The only downside was I found I needed a few coats to achieve my look. And it's a bit expensive compared to similar products from Rimmel.
