I have to say, I've never actually taken advantage of the in-built LED -- I figure, if it's too dark to see the wand when you're applying, it's going to be too dark for anyone to see your lips anyway. While it's pretty convenient to have a mirror on the side of the tube, I've also never really needed to use it.
I don't think the formula is anything special. It's quite sticky, but glides on quite easily.
I do quite like the brush tip though. It's a little bit different, and I enjoy having a change from the typical foam.
Overall, the product's OK, but the novelty doesn't last.
