Sally Hansen Nail Growth Miracle

it makes my nails grow noticeably longer within like 3-5 days of application, it also has a lot in the bottle and the brush seems to be long enough to get most of the polish out! it can chip but only if you're being really rough with your nails. this is my second nail growth nail polish i've tried, and if i don't find anything even better i'll def be buying this regularly

My nails are not the best. I am a self confessed nail biter, and especially after pregnancy (and now pregnant with a second bub on the way) my nails are brittle and flakey. Even when I make a conscious effort to not bite them, they simply do not grow. I tried previous Sally Hansen products, however I bit the bullet and tried this formula to really give my nails a boost. And suprise! After a week of use, applying every day, my nails are in a much better shape. They are stronger and they most definiitely have been growing faster. Thank you Sally Hansen!

I'm a big fan of Sally Hansen for nail products and if there's something I splurge on it's nail treatments. But I was lucky to land this in a gift pack along with a nail color and some other things. I was thrilled to land a nail treatment since that's what I splurge on since I like to apply them weekly whether I put a color on top of this or not. This comes in a nice little gold bottle nothing fancy and it's a clear treatment. I applied this under polish or sometimes on it's own to give my nails a nice big of shine protect them. Unfortunately I have used up three-quarters of the bottle till the consistency has gone goopy and I didn't see a single improvement on my nails. The polish did adhere nicely or my nails had a nice shine if I didn't apply color on top but was it worth almost $29? Unfortunately not. I ended up using this as a base coat on my toenails as my toenails on my tiniest toes are cracked and split and other than just be a base coat it didn't do anything, I guess the polish went on a bit smoother than if I didn't apply a base coat but nothing that a cheaper base coat could do. I will be tossing the bottle out and I won't be purchasing this. I wouldn't recommend this personally, it's just not worth the price.

I'm definitely a nail polish fan, unfortunately with regular use of nail polish and nail polish remover - comes brittle nails. I bought 2 different sally hansen nail treatments, and my friend bought one - so we'd be able to try each one. I didn't find this very strengthening; my nails were still really thin - however they did grow nicely! Whether it was the product; or lack of nail polish - im unsure; but regardless my nails definitely grew! The polish was a nice price, tons in a bottle - it spreads really nicely, and it doesnt have that awful smell most nail treatments have. Another success sally hansen! Definitely recommend to those wanting longer nails - but just keep in mind; it isnt a strengthener too well :)

I've been using this as recommended applying every second day as a base coat and my nails are so hard & strong after using this for just over a month. Prior to using this treatment my nails were brittle, soft and flakey at the tips, the condition of my nails has completely transformed since using this and they have become long & pretty as a result. However I absolutely cannot beleive that this treatment actually makes my nails grow faster. No, the length acheived by using this is the result of hardening and strengthening, eliminating chipping & flaking and reducing breakage.

This polish is quick & easy hassle-free to use, a thin formula that dries really quickly, within 30 seconds to a minute it's completely dried. You can see how much formula is left in the bottle if you hold it up to the light and i've used roughly about 1/5 of it so far so it should last 5-6 months, worth the price to me to have natural long & strong nails as opposed to fake ones. This is something i'll continue to repurchase unless I can find cheaper alternative.

I have really brittle nails, prone to breaking and splitting. I have never been able to grow them long and now that I work in an office and spend a bit of time using weights etc they get knocked around a fair bit which doesn’t help my cause. Normally im not into these sorts of products as I think they very rarely work but I love Sally Hansen products especially polishes so I thought I would give it a whirl. It wasn’t cheap so I was really hoping I would see some difference in my nails, I wasn’t expecting miracles but at least a bit of help in the brittleness department. I love Sally Hansen’s bottle shapes designs and the brushes she uses thye are a really good size. I applied this every other day sometimes every day (if I remembered or had a spare five minutes) and used this for just over a month. Consistency wise this was quite a thin formula which was good, it glided on easily and didn’t go tacky. It dried very fast (super bonus) and gave a very nice shiny natural finish. Unfortunately for me it really didn’t do anything to help with the brittleness or nail growth or any of the other issues of my nails. But I did continue to use this as a clear nail polish just to give my sad little nails a nice finish on them. Overall I wouldn’t buy again as it didn’t work for me but wasn’t a total waste as I do still use it as a clear polish or a top coat.

I definitely think this product helps nail strength and growth, however, it is time consuming cos you have to do it every second day in order to achieve results. In saying that, if you are disciplined and you ensure you do it every second day, you will get the results you're after! My nails definitely ended up longer and stronger and they were easier to maintain. It is a bit more expensive than what I'd ordinarily use, but it definitely pays off! Do recommend. :)

I was hunting around for a nail growth product as my nails are terrible! They are thin and take forever to grow, once they do grow they break off. Found this at the warehouse, and it was $12 on sale. I was drawn to the gold bottle, and I loved that it promised growth in 5 days. When I first applied this My nails looked so shiny and did feel stronger. It's like tthe nail polish hardens the nails while coating them. I read online reviews that said this product didn't work if you keep applying coats every few days. The instructions really only say to apply a thin coat to nails every other day, I think it would be great if they mentioned that removing and re applying this nail polish is the best way to see quick results! I have tried using this nail polish both ways and definitely notice the difference in growth and thickness when I remove my nail polish and re apply every few days. This did become a hassle when I had my nails painted, and it could be quite time consuming for others. I also noticed that when you leave one coat on for a few days it peels off and your nails are weak and brittle again, so it pays to regularly remove and re apply the nail polish. I really do like this nail strengthner and will continue to use it :)

I am a bit of a fan of Sally Hansen due to their reasonably priced range of products. I have has positive results from Sally Hansen Diamond Strength Diamond Shine Base and Top Coat so decided to give the Sally Hansen Nail Growth Miracle a try.

The bottle shape is similar to the rest of the Sally Hansen range and the brush was a great size. I used it as a base coat and while it was easy to apply, I am unsure of the effectiveness of the product. I used it on and off for about 6 months and in that time I didn't notice any significant increase in nail growth, but perhaps I didn't use it regularly enough to see results.

I left it in direct sunlight one day and my Sally Hansen Nail Growth Miracle has never been the same since. My nails always bubble out when this is used as the base coat. So i probably wouldn't buy it again for this reason, but I would be open to trying a similar product (this time on a regular basis) to compare the results.

Pros: Nice base coat, Easy to apply, Reasonably priced, Conveniently located.

Cons: Bubbled out after left in direct sunlight, Unsure of the effectiveness.

I fist picked up a bottle of this from the airport in the UK when I went over there when I was younger. I used to bite my nails and was trying to get them to grow out quickly, and this is the only thing that worked for me. I still use this to this day, and it still really works for me.
