Nars Creamy Concealer

I've been meaning to get this much acclaimed product and I'm very glad once I did purchase it. I picked it up in Mecca cosmetica. The shade I matched is custard. Which is a very common shade. The shade range is very generous and upon swatching this was the best suited to my needs. I highlight and conceal under my eyes fro brightness and my tzone to also add dimension and conceal. The consistency is a thick but workable fluid/liquid. It is quite opaque and can cover any discolouration, without having to colour correct. It is very creamy, I did wonder if this would cause any issues with drying out. As liquid to cream can be a bit hard on dry or sensitive areas such as the under eye contour. What I found with the concealer is that yes it covered what I needed it to cover and yes the creamy liquid did dry down but it didn't cause any issues to my undereyes or did it bring any unwanted self awareness about the dry or cause any creasing to the same area. However when I did try to bake it would have some creasing but I put that down to age and hydration and it is possible that this wouldn't affect everyone. It's just what I experienced. This doesn't effect or cause foundation to slip/move and only enhances and aides to the beauty routine. The applicator is easy to use and having a decent size doe foot for applications. The longevity is a good 8hours without any issues. I really enjoy using this concealer and for the price I would repurchase I'd also recommend without hesitation.

I absolutely love this concealer! A little certainly goes along way with just a few wee dabs under the eyes, or across the tops of my cheeks where I'm prone to redness. On some days it's simply enough for me to strategically dab some concealer on top of my day cream, around those imperfections, and I'm good to go. Or, when going out in the evening, using this concealer means the need for less foundation coverage, and it gets rid of my tired eyes. Definitely the best concealer I've used.

I always saw so much hype around the Nars concealer. At one point absolutely every influencer/youtuber was using it. After the hype did not die down, I decided to purchase it to try. I heard it was amazing as an under-eye and spot concealer. After some consideration I decide as it is more high coverage, to test it out on any imperfections on my skin. I purchased the color vanilla.

Best decision ever! You only need the tiniest amount of product, so the concealer lasts a very long time. It blends into the skin so easily. Even though it is quite thick and creamy, it does not appear cakey or heavy on the skin. The color matches my natural skin tone perfectly (when I am not wearing fake tan). It makes me feel so confident, as it completely covers even the worst of breakouts, super easily.

The only negative I have, is about the applicator. It seems to be difficult to pull out of the bottle, and sort of takes off the product on the brush as you pull it out. (Difficult to explain, but getting enough product on the brush, can occasionally take a couple of attempts).

I had run out of my go to Lancome concealer and decided to bite the bullet and try something new and I'm so glad I did! I purchased the shade Custard and it's been amazing to use! The formula isn't cakey or drying and it's a life saver for my dark circles. Will be repurchasing for sure!

So I was excited to try this only because of all the reviews I have seen on YouTube! And well what can I say I’m converted!! Absolutely converted!! This has a thick creamy formula and gives the coverage one needs to hide (in my case) dark under eyes and blemishes! Aaargh it is my new absolute favourite and I totally recommend anyone who had combonation skin or mostly dry skin to try this...for me it is a definite winner!!

I bought this concealer after reading the reviews on here which were pretty good. I have to say I agree with the comments too. It really is a VERY GOOD concealer. It is creamy as it says & it definitely does conceal! I apply it underneath my foundation to cover broken veins, age spots, blemishes etc. & they are immediately covered up. If I have a particularly bad blemish (eg a zit) I will add a little more on top of my foundation again & this does the trick. Oh & it doesn't cake, although to be fair I do not use it under my eyes, as I use a highlighter for that. It is long lasting (i.e blemishes are still covered at the end of the day), which is also a bonus. It is on the expensive side but I think it will last for ages.

I was recommended this by the lovely girls at Mecca to use as an under eye concealer. This works really well to cover dark circles and give the under the under eye area a lift. It stays put once it has set and doesn’t crease. It’s also good at concealing spots. Id like purchase this again but I always feel bad about the fact Nars sells in China and therefore is not a cruelty free brand. I’ll probably keep searching for something equivalent that is cruelty free.

I use this product both as an under eye concealer and a spot concealer( obviously in two different shades) and for both jobs this concealer does the trick! It has a thick/creamy consistency which glides on to the face. I love the packaging as well, as it fit in my "town" purse, so i could take it out and easily apply it when I was out for the night.

For the price though I think it runs out extremely fast and often found that I had to keep repurchasing after only a short while. But if you have the cash to spend, try it out!

I love everything about this concealer. From the texture, finish and coverage everything is perfect. I am also thoroughly impressed by the colours range Nars has, there is something for everyone. This concealer is a classic and is so easy to use and also lasts a long time. I recommend you try this.
