Nars has been with me since Day 1 of my make-up wearing days..Sheer Awesomeness! Although, one thing I found when I wore it for my 8-10 hour days was that it would always evaporate from my skin into thin air... But having said that- that problem goes away with a little primer and setting powder! ;) Big Thumbs up for this one <3

Tips: ALWAYS wear a primer/moisturiser. If you have oily skin, use primer, followed by setting powder, then Sheer Glow, then setting powder again! This will hold your foundation on for much longer. A little bit of a dewy setting spray or even a spritz of rose water to finish it off will get rid of that powdery texture ;)
I am very particular when it comes to foundation as coverage is mega important to me. The quality of this product is amazing and now I see why everyone was raving about it! As a chronic addict to watching beauty gurus, they all held this at such a high regard that I figured it is best to try it. By all comparisons, it is slightly cheaper than some other high end brands but still just as effective. I couldn't believe how easily it blended, coverage is AMAZING, buildable and products sit on top with ease. Amazing colour range as well. I did buy this online getting colour tested first (Risky, I know!) But the colour still matched perfectly. I am mega pale so having so much colour choice was FANTASTIC. Will always repurchase this to have along side me, even when it comes to trying out others. Love it!
Tips: Best used with a primer
I have combination skin so can get very shiny on my nose in particular through out the day but otherwise pretty Normal. I love this foundation as I would rather have a dewy finish and powder where I get oily. The coverage is perfect for me as I only really need a foundation to hide redness and even out skin tone. The only complaint would be the price and the fact you have to buy a pump. Over all this foundation is great and has a great colour range for pale skin ! Nars is a great well rounder of a brand !
Tips: Powder t zone !
I have always been someone who has reached for high coverage matte foundation, it wasn't till I saw a video of someone trying this foundation that I thought I should try it! Honestly I am so glad I did! For the past 5 months this has been the only foundation I use, I literally dont even glance at my other products now! The foundation gives my skin such a natural dewy glow, which is something i never knew I liked until I used Nars Sheer Glow. A little goes a long way as well, it has a light- medium coverage but is also very buildable, you can build the product up and it still does not come across cakey in the slightest! I wear this foundation most days as I can be sure it will last! Typically apply it at around 9 in the morning and go to work till 6 and then the gym and still find that my skin is still looking great! I honestly recommend this product for everyone to try, because you will walk away loving it!
A beautiful and amazing foundation. I didn't realise how average the one I had been using prior to this had been. A great buildable coverage perfect for slightly problematic skin. I find it masks redness really well and diminishes imperfections.
The finish is very soft and skin-like. Not matte and not dewy. It's great for everyday wear as well as in the evening. Some days it might not have the greatest staying power but I find it fades evenly so you aren't left with any unsightly lines.
I have gone through several bottles in the past year and probably won't be changing anytime soon.
Tips: Press and dot the product onto your skin using fingers. Then stipple with a flat top brush.
Very similar to Mac mineralise spf foundation It Is a beautiful natural light to medium coverage foundation with a dewy finish I don't really like the packaging because I couldnt get all the foundation out towards the end so was quite a bit of wastage that I hate especially for the price.
Tips: I'd say if your looking at a dewy light weight foundation go with Mac mineralise Spf 15 because of price size and packaging
Nars my baby why are you so perfect. My wallet will bleed for you over and over again although the little glass bottle does last quite a while. I don't wear foundation everyday' most days I reach for my Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer in Custard to cover a few spots. However, if I am feeling foundationy I will reach for this. The shade I have is in Gobi which is a tad too light for me so I mix it with my trust Chanel Perfection Lumiere foundation. The Nars one by itself gives such a nice natural subtle sheen to the face but what I like best about this bad boy is how weightless it feels on my skin. I could do layers of this (which I dont FYI) and it'll just end up feeling like my own skin. The finish is more of a velvet finish, so fear not my oily skin friends, this will work for you too. The coverage is light to medium, but I usually just go over it with a concealer again. I haven't tried many foundations, to be honest. I snob drugstore brands because I'm a snob (hate me idc) so all the foundations I have used are high end. I figured if you're gonna layer this stuff all over your face, may as well splurge a bit.
Tips: Beauty blender works soooo well with this foundation to achieve a very natural finish. Or if you want a tad bit more coverage, use a buffing brush. I use the real technique's one and it's so lovely. Just make sure to set this foundation because I have noticed that this foundation wears out quite quickly
I though that with all the hype over this foundation that it was going to be my new holy grail... I am so disappointed ); it clings to my dry spots so bad even when I'm wearing a primer! The foundation just sits on top of my skin whether I use a brush or a beauty blender, primer or no primer ); I really wanted this foundation to work for me since there is so much hype over it but I think I'm going to have to look elsewhere. There are still some positives.. The packaging is really nice! And it is a good price! But other than that unfortunately its a pass for me.
I like this foundation... kinda. It gives pretty good coverage and the shade is a good match. I do find that it can sometimes cling to my dry patches on my cheek which is a bummer but I've started using a more hydrating lotion AND primer so I will have less dry areas and it works well but for the price, I expected a lot better.
Also, I dislike that it doesn't have a pump - BUT you can buy them separately (around $4) but what's the point really.
Tips: Use a hydrating primer -- I have combination skin so cheeks are drier and found it clung to that area. Also found that the foundation kind of separated when I used a silicone based primer? Have only seen a few cases where it was the same -- I really like the Too Faced Hangover RX primer with this.
I am in love with this foundation! My mum bought my back a few samples and once I tried I just had to buy it. It doesn't try my skin out, goes on well and lasts a decent amount of time. I tried a few shades and all three worked well for my skin tone. Its a bit pricey but worth it in my opinion. I can see what the rave has been about!
Tips: I find it applies better with my fingers over a brush. Waiting for my beauty blender to arrive so I will try applying it with that when it gets here
