Nude By Nature Allure Defining Mascara Review
Thanks to its unique flexible brush and buildable formula, the Allure Defining Mascara gives intensified, lengthened and separated lashes in an instant.
Composed of active natural ingredients including Candelilla Wax and Arabic Gum, the formula remains soft and flexible, allowing the application of multiple coats without flaking.
It is also enriched with Pro Vitamin B5 to condition the lashes over time.
Avaliable in two different colours.

Once again a shout out to NBN for the amazing gold packaging. Im in love!!
However this mascara im not so sold on. Yes the formula is A+++ on ingredients and the colour is amazing but the brush for me was not the best one i have tried.
I found the brush did not do what i wanted with mascara to seperate and lengtehn and more often than not poked me in the eyeball. And its the only mascara thats done that to me ever and boy does it hurt.
The wand is flexible but only at the base of the brush, when putting the brush back in the formula it could be easy to snap off if your not careful as the opening is quite small.
The formula is quite thick and clumped quickly as well but there is definitely no smudging and no fallout whatsoever. The mascar is easily removed with Normal face wash.
I ended up reverting back to my Bad gal bang mascara because of the ease of the brush and formula.
Tips: Dont use if you wear glasses and need to get up close to do your mascara. Needless to say i was hopeless with and without my contact lenses
I really like natural mascara because my eyes are sensitive - this doesn't trigger any issues which is fab, but it is prone to smudging and the wand isn't as easy to use as the other mascara I have. Harder to get even coverage. I still use and enjoy using this, but only for shorter time periods because of the smudging potential.
Makes my eyelashes look amazing. It does smudge though so you need to make sure you won't be crying I love it though use it most days.
This came in a pack I bought and I actually liked it. I don't wear mascara that often as I already have thick, dark eyelashes but when I do go out I like a little oomph and this product gives my eyelashes that.
I love the mascara wand, it's more of the short rubber bristle type kind which is great.
The formula isn't too thick and so far hasn't gone gluggy. It makes my eyelashes stand out without that spider leg look that makes it super obvious you are wearing it.
Overall, a great mascara. Highly recommend.
For $20-$24 this is a great mascara. For $28-$32 I would sooner buy a high-end brand.
I love that I can wear it all day without smudging but when I have a shower it comes off easily without having to tug on my lashes. (Hint: this mascara is not tear-proof!)
It's one of the few mascaras that feels good for my lashes which is awesome.
This mascara adds thickness, colour, and length to lashes but not so much lift or volume.
I've been through about 3 bottles of this mascara (always waiting for the sales), it used to be my go-to.
Now I've switched to Tarte's Maneater Mascara which also has a good ingredient list but provides better length and volume, partly because Nude By Nature's mascara wasn't on sale at a good price very often and at that price I'm better off buying Tartes maneater (when Sephora do a 20% off sale).
I'd definitely consider buying this again at a good sale price but otherwise it is overpriced.
I got this mascara for $24 and it's a great product for that price range. The silicone wand is nice and flexible and I find it doesn't clump on my eyelashes, which are quite thick and long already. The shape of the brush ensures that the eyelashes are separared upon application and you don't end up with heaps of product on your eyelashes. This one does run though, but I can get a full day's wear out of it without it smudging and it comes off really easily at night. Love it!
I am in the process of replacing my cosmetics with natural products. This is the first natural mascara I have ever tried - and I'm impressed! I got the black Mascara on sale for $25. The packaging is beautiful in a rose gold tube. The brush is smaller than I'm used to but this works well to coat every lash. The product is extremely build-able, I started with one coat which looked natural, and then a couple of coats later Vavoom! I have been using this for almost a week now and I've not had any trouble with smudging or fallout, however I do find the formula a little too thick. This is extremely comparable to the lengthening Mascara's I've tried from Maybelline & L'oreal. Overall I'm thrilled to find a natural & ethical Mascara that does a great job.
I love this mascara. It has a great, separating silicone style wand, which means it really does what it says! I'm not about clumpy lashes, so to not need to wipe excess product off before use is a big win for me. This mascara gives lovely fluttery lashes with great lengthening and separating effects. This is going to be used in my weekly rotation of mascaras for sure. It doesn't flake off, and removes easily with my oil cleanser emulsified with water at night.
Tips: Be gentle when putting the wand back in the tube as the flexible wand may bend a little.
I don't have a go-to mascara, as the one I loved has been discontinued. So about a month ago I picked up this Nude By Nature mascara. It's in a really nice rose-gold tube.
When I first began using it, I liked the way it went on my lashes - nice colour and no smudge - however I noticed quite early on that it was quite hard to enter the brush back into the bottle. The stick part of the applicator is fine, but the brush part bends and is very flimsy and hard to use. Now that I have used it for about a month, the brush is noticeably so flimsy that it is hard to put the mascara on unfortunately. If the brush were designed better, I would likely buy it again.
