I have the colours Abu Dhabi & Sydney. A drugstore brand with great reviews I needed these in my life. Packaging : A short tube with a clear casing showing the colour fo the lip creme a black tipped lid that also is the applicator... The tube is the size of normal lipstick not as long as other lip glosses or liquid lipsticks. Contents: The fluid creme is a soft liquid but cream based not running not thick but more like a moisterizer. The applicator is a doe foot. Effects: The creme applies wet & has a matte finish although not completely dry. The colour pay off is nice. However the longevity of the product is no much at all it easily can slip of after having a drink or simply licking your lips. I found this a little disappointing. You can build up intensity if the colour by layering the creme. I found with my natural lip colour I needed to the layering for the desired effect. I also found that they were a nice creme to the lips. I don't gravitate to them as much for the reason being their zero tolerance of stay power. But I do love the colour pay off. It pays to keep your lips moist when using these as any cracks are emphasized whilst wearing the cremes.

Tips: Outline lips with a liner prior to application to prevent any bleeding. Treat any cracks or dried lips before application as this matte can enhance your lips dryness.
Addis Ababa is a bright fuchsia, it reminds me of MAC Embrace Me. The tube appears to be a coloured plastic rather than clear so the tube colour isn't an accurate representation of what's inside with the tube appearing to be a slightly darker shade. I like that the black cap is matte, it makes it look like it could be a bit more expensive than it is. The applicator is a standard doe foot, it works fine and I'm able to apply it even if I don't have a lip brush on hand. I'm not sure if I got a dud but I noticed the scent went from something like sweet cake batter to nonexistent in about three months and the formula has started to clump a bit though it's still workable. I do find that I have to put on a few layers to get an opaque application without any streaking which is a bit of a hassle because it takes the product a while to set enough to be able to apply another layer. It doesn't really ever set to a matte finish and isn't as durable as I'd expected... I do like this lip cream but I think I'll try a few others and probably only purchase these again if I can get them for a steal.
I have a Nyt soft matte lip cream in Milan and God colour is very beautiful. The applicator is a nice applicator so applying the product onto my lips is easy. The lip cream is pigmented and there is a wide range of colours in this collection. The product doesn't last very long on the lips but I don't mind reapplying them every hour
I chose the colour Monte Carlo, a bright blue toned red. It applies like a gloss then dries down to a matte almost paint like lip colour. It took me a few days to get used to the texture. I can't wear this when my lips are chapped, and need to use a mirror to reapply to avoid an irregular lip outline. Having said that, I do like this shade to wear as an evening red lip paired with a winged liner for a date night or party look. They are affordable and there is a decent shade range available in Farmers now
Tips: Don't apply these without a mirror!
I've been trying to find a long wear lippy for awhile since my favorite was discontinued and I thought this would be a great contender. I think the shade is great and it doesn't transfer too much but it doesn't last that long either, I went to an engagement party and had to reapply twice in 5 hours. I wan't eating greasy food either, and only had 2 drinks. If you don't mind reapplying, this is a good choice :)
Tips: Bring it with you as you will need to reapply
I have the San Paulo colour. Bottle is nice & matches my others. I like how the top has a slight rubbery texture. When I do makeup & moisturiser, my hands can feel slightly greasy.
Open and apply. WOW all I can smell is butterscotch or hokey pokey!!! YUM!
It glides on nice and smooth. The colour is very pigmented. Rub lips together and they just glide.
The price is fantastic. I find the quality is worth more than the price point. Just means you can afford a few more :)
I find the feel on your lips is more drying than a gloss (to be expected). Feels like it sets kind of.
I love the ease of application. The applicator head is soft and easily applies the right amount of lip cream.
Tips: A must have when you don't want bold
I only discovered these little gems a couple of months ago and I must say that for the price, I'm impressed! I purchased the shades Milan, Buenos Aires, Tokyo and Cairo. Sure, a couple of the lighter shades were a hit and miss as the pigmentation, durability and finish aren't as desirable as those of the darker shades which I would say are almost comparable to Lime Crime Velvetines. I find that during a normal working day I only have to touch it up once. They are slightly drying but I find that is the case with most matte finish lip products and not to the extent that it's something to be concerned about. Nothing that can't be avoided by a decent lip balm or scrub. They glide on smoothly and they smell yummy which is an added bonus. Definitely a product I'm planning on purchasing more of but I think I'll stick to the darker shades. Good value for money in my opinion!
Tips: If you're a big fan of matte finish lip products then it's a good idea to either invest in a decent lip scrub or make your own. They make a huge difference and when followed by a good lip balm they leave your lips feeling tip top!
I recently went on a NYX haul when I was in the States and bought the Matte Lip Cream in Copenhagen which is a dark, berry red.
The consistency is a little on the thick side but not too thick. It's pigmented but I did need to add a couple of coats to really get a good payoff.
The lasting power of this product is awesome, I'll give it that. I only needed to reapply twice throughout the entire day - and that was with client visits and drinking a lot of coffee, so that's a bonus.
However for me - it went patchy around the inside of my lips and got a bit cloggy.
Tips: It shows up any imperfections you've got on your lips so you would need to exfoliate before applying.
It also doesn't apply well over a lip balm. So you need to apply this to a dry, bare lip.
I have heard and seen lots of reviews online. I honestly accepted that the reviews really pushed me to get some. The pigmentation is good and the price is even better but it is not what I expected. First warning... who ever uses this lip cream must have good moisturized lips... applying on dry lips will give a fully trashy look. Start moisturising your lips now girls loll!!!
Tips: I often use this lip cream with other products I have such as Melted coral with NYX Antwerp or LA girl Gleam lip paint with NYX London...
These are hydrating, goes on smoothly and don't flake. They do not last as long but for the price it is worth it. I have the colours Stockholm, Cairo and Toyko and these are super blendable with other lip products and the colour pay off it really good which makes these really versatile. Even though they are hydrating if you have dry lips and there are cracks in them then it will definitely show up
Tips: Lip balm before applying a couple of minutes before to get the best coverage
