I used this and another bottle and ended up with long, strong healthy nails. Before that I'm afraid I was a nail bitter. My nails were bitten down and when there was any growth, it was soft and thin nail. This product has a lovely soft pink colour. Applied as directed, you will definitely see and feel a huge difference before finishing the bottle. I love it and will keep on applying it so I keep my new nails looking lovely. Give it a go.
