Other than the fact that my nails dislike OPI and chip within the first day no matter what salon or top coat i use etc, Mod About You is a fantastic colour and i use this with another of my all time favourites from another brand. (i just do a quick fix up when it starts to chip) There are a few other colours i would continue to buy just because of the colour, not the fact it is OPI. Gwen Chrome: not what i wanted it to be. Looked ugly on me. even on my toes, no smiley faces with this one, so gave it away.

OPI Nail Lacquer Review
Reviews
Love this polish. It goes on smooth and streak free. The brush is soft and wide enough to cover my nails in 3 strokes. However it does tend to chip fairly quickly.
After spending money on cheap and tacky polishes for years, about 2 years ago I got my first OPI. And there has been no turning back!
It is absolutely worth spending the extra money, something I was loathe to do with thin, brittle nails. However, I immediately found that if I took the time to do two coats of my colour of the week, it strengthened my nails like I have never felt. Now my nails feel so much harder, and therefore do not tear like the did before.
With OPI, I could waste an hour trying to choose a new colour - there are SO MANY! Honestly you could find any shade, its fabulous!
Tips: I always like to use a clear base so that when I take off my polish, my nails are not stained. I always put on two coats of my OPI. Its hardier and really just sets your colour choice. Lastly, a clear topcoat - you really won't have any chips or nicks!
Its worth the money - try one bottle and see for yourself!!
OPI Nail Polishes are amazing.
They come in a fantastic colour range, are long wearing, glide on like a treat and are highly pigmented.
They are quite expensive but I think they are worth the investment.
Tips: Keep an eye out for sales in-store, or check out ebay as they are quite pricey and grab a bargain.
I love OPI nail polishes, they are probably the best I have used, because they are easy to apply, dry quickly, and when paired with a base coat and top coat, they stay on for days. However the only downside is that if you don't use a base coat and top coat, they seem to chip quite fast. The color range is massive, and they all look amazing, totally worth the price in my opinion.
I have a very large collection of OPI nail polish. Compared to $2 shop nail polishes these are amazing. Personally my nails have trouble getting nail polish to stick and not chip but normally I'm pretty fussy and change my nail polish regularly. There are sooo many colours, its so exciting to choose which ones I want to get. Personally I don't think they are worth the $20+ from farmers etc but you get them cheap at makeup bucket sales, ebay or I use candygirl.co.nz and they have a large range for around $18 and they are super fast and nice :)
The nail polish does not thicken which is a massive plus (except the shatter) and normally requires two coats. The colours sometimes fade to a lighter colour but with a top coat there is no problem at all.
I LOVE OPI Nail Lacquer, it is one of the most high quality nail polishes on the market and comes in the most spectacular range of colours- literally every colour for every occasion. Like many high quality items, the price can be a bit of a bank breaker, however if you can stock up at one of the massive beauty sales it's all good! Price aside, my main issue with OPI is the drying time, it seems to take forever! And even when you think it's dry, it's not as I always seem to end up with the criss-cross marks from materials etc. If you have the time to sit around and wait for it to dry, then OPI is my number 1 go-to.
Tips: Like any nail polish/lacquer, a base and top coat will make it last longer :)
I do love OPI but I'm not big on spending lots of money on cosmetics for myself so i do tend to just grab a $2 shop nail polish when i am need of a colour i don't have, but when i have a little money to spend on myself OPI is my first pick. It has great pigmentation, the bristle is fantastic, 3 glide application! So super fast and alot less painting over the lines for us not so steady handed :) . OPI drys very quickly compared to most polishes and i find i don't get my blanket imprints or a mooched colour in the morning even though i painted my nails at least 3 hours before bed. The colours are amazing! there are so many to choose from which makes picking one so much harder! I dont think an OPI colour has dissapointed me yet. Usually i find it is really hard to achieve the colour shown and the colour it ends up applying.
Tips: Head to your next bucket sale to buy one of these little beauties and save yourself money :)
I love the OPI nail colours so much that I have over 150 of them! They have a great range of colours and as long as you take care of your hands and nails, it stays on without chipping 2-3 weeks. Can take a while to dry-especially if you're using quite sheer colours. Still love them :-)
Tips: Use the OPI Rapid dry spray to help it dry faster- works amazingly well
Realible, long wearing, fantastic colours!
I do not wear colours often on my finger nails but colours on my toes is a must.
OPI colours wear amazingly without chipping and the pigments are fantastic. I love the range of colours and the names are totally Cute!
The shimmer/ harlequin colours are dramatic & awesome!
I also enjoy the clear as a top coat and just to leave my nails natural and glossy.
Tips: Why choose anything else?!
