I wish I could offer more insight into this nail polish but all I can say is that it is the same as other OPI nail polishes, just a really good reliable product. It went on well and the gold shimmer adds a nice updated look to this colour. The colour was unique in itself because in different lights it looks differrent colours, like I'm still not sure if it's maroon or magenta but I love them both. The coverage was great and when it went on, it stayed on. My only gripe (I had to have one) is that on removing it, my nails looked a bit stained

OPI Nail Lacquer Review
Reviews
Tips: Don't let your boyfriend paint your nails, even the power of OPI couldn't save that mess
I am a self confessed OPI addict and this has added more fuel to that fire. I love the matte finish, although it took a while to get used to like others have mentioned. The colour is lovely, and i find application much less fuss than normal colour. I can't wait to now add a matte range to my ever growing opi collection!
Tips: Allow for the colour to be slightly lighter than the bottle.
When removing hold the tissue/pad on the nail for a few seconds to help soften it up before removing.
Such a gorgeous colour! And OPI is such an amazing, trustworthy brand, you will generally always know what you're getting!
OPI is by far the best nail polish, don't think i need to tell anyone that. i love the brand because the colour is true to what you see when you look at the bottle, even after one application.
Wow, what a beautiful dark blue Keeping Suzi at Bay is. I have fair skin so it really stands out - it is a deep, rich blue for those keen to have their feet or hands stand out. Easy to apply, just a really delicious colour.
Tips: Wish I had some glittery nail polish to put over the top!
This is such a beautiful colour on! Really easy to apply. It did fade away at the tips of my nails quite quickly but my nails are a little longer than normal. Definitely a lovely light navy colour to have :)
Tips: I always apply a bonder before the nail polish. This gives you a few extra days with no chipping or fading :)
The 'perfect red' for me! Suits my pale skin tone and looked good on fingers and toes. And I Love the OPI varnish quality and sheen as well of course.
Tips: Use a base coat nail varnish underneath
OPI never fail to impress me! This was a lovely evening wear polish, it really finished off my outfit. Drys well and goes on effortlessly.
I found that this nail polish had a really strong smell, not sure if it was just this colour, I also found it tried a lot brighter but darker than I originally thought it would be, didn't love the colour, land up giving it to a friend but she loves it!
When I saw this polish in real life I was even more excited than when I had saw it in the picture. In the bottle it was a magenta colour with gold reflect swirled through it.
The formula is good in my opinion, not to thick and not too thin and applied easily without streakiness.
After I applied one coat, the colour was slightly lighter than I expected (but still very opaque) and there was a hint of gold reflect under certain lights. After I applied the second coat, the colour was a gorgeous, shimmery deep magenta colour that was very jewel-like. The gold reflect is subtle and the polish is mature with a hint of fun. I seriously could not stop looking at my nails I loved the colour so much and it complimented my olive skin as I had hoped! Embarca-Dare Ya is a very wearable polish for the Autumn and Winter months!
As far as longevity goes, I found that two coats lasted me 5 days with only a minor chip to one nail. (This was without a top coat!)
I would definitely recommend Embarca-Dare Ya to friends who like darker nail colours with a hint of shimmer!
Tips: Since this is a darker colour, mistakes around the edges are quite noticeable but can easily be touched up with a little nail polish remover on a cotton bud! Use a topcoat for an extra longwearing finish!
