I like this range but it falls more into the category of "good but not great" for me.
They come in an excellent range of colours and I love the shape of the brush for easy, even application.
For the price though, I'm not sure they're quite worth it. I've found that they tend to chip just as easily as a lot of cheaper brands and that the polish thickens up and gets gluggy a bit faster than I would expect.
I would buy these again on special but I would be hesitant to pay full price.
OPI was what all the ladies and I'm sure a few lovely lads were talking about a while back.
Such a hype about this product that is long wearing, smooth applying, fast drying and no crying over chipped nails the next day.
Well with my experience and wear of many of the OPI polishes my opinion and results I got from the product are different to what was promised.
It takes about 3-4 minutes to dry and even after that you can still easily get a dent or scratch or print on it.
When I apply polish my two layers are thin but there was no thin applying with the OPI range it's thick and heavy.
Even with a top coat, being it a 'tough coat' or 'uv gloss' it chips within 2 days. Sad but true!
Oh and you should invest in a good nail polish thinner if you buy OPI polishes as it gets thick and gluggy in the bottle really quick.
Tips: Purchase a good quality nail polish thinner if you buy OPI as it gets thick and gluggy in the bottle really quick.
