I’m someone who is far too impatient to be painting my nails, I always find I need to be doing something else and try to do this with wet nails becomes a mess.
I end up smudging, denting or getting odd imprints I need to fix.
For the small surface smudges it fixes them right up making them look new again. But if you have a dent it isn't the best, unless you've just painted them and the entire nail is still wet.
Normally if this happens I just whip it off and put a new coat one.
I almost find the product a bit pointless!
I always do my nails right before I go to bed - out of habit maybe I'm not sure why, and of course being the impatient person I am, I get duvet cover print on my nails. If I'm extremely impatient, I get a few dents as well.
For small surface scratches or in my case duvet cover prints, one coat of this baby fixes that up real good. Prior to owning this product, I would just go over the nail with top coat in the morning and all the prints and scratches were gone. So for that purpose, I really didn't need this product.
However, in comes the dents in my wet polish. You have to use this product when your polish is still very wet. So it comes of no use to you if you happen to find your dented polished nail long after it's tried.
The instructions suggest that you put a coat of this on, then polish over your nail again. It doesn't exactly work like a miracle and banish your bump, no. It does minimise the look, but then you're left with a bump under your manicure. Not exactly cute. Ok, that's cool and all, but isn't it easier to just remove the polish from my nail and start again??
I don't know ladies, up to you to decide, but I don't recommend it.
