I got this as a free gift and I found that it is alright but nothing special. I found that it did take a while to get your nail polish off with this nail polish remover. It smells a bit better then the supermarket stuff. I don't think I would get this as it is quite expensive and there is other ones that are cheaper and do the same or even better job.

I have found this nail polish remover to be real effective at erasing all of the nail polish on your nails. I simply soak a cotton ball in the solution then use it in swiping motions on my fingernails. The polish comes off in a couple of easy swipes. If the polish is a bit thicker and harder to remove, I just hold the cotton wool down on my nail for longer and it easily removes all traces of the polish.
My nails don't look dry after using the nail polish remover, so I guess that means it's gentle? I normally apply some cuticle oil to my cuticles prior to using nail polish remover so that my cuticles don't dry out anyway.
One thing that I did like about this nail polish remover was the fact that it didn't have a strong acetone smell like lots of other nail polish removers. This made me somewhat feel like it was going to be less harsh on my nails. Although I didn't read the ingredient list but I imagine it would still have the nasty chemicals all nail polish removers have.
Although I did find that it removes my nail polish quickly and with ease, my cheaper nail polish from the warehouse does the trick. And even though this orly nail polish remover is better, I don't think it's worth the extra money.
I love this remover! I have always struggled with weak nails and splitting cuticles until I found this product.
As far as nail polish removers go, this one is very gentle but still removes my polish very easily and quickly. They don't feel or look dry after using it.
I have no problem with the price, I purchased my bottle around 2 years ago and it still has about a 1/4 left and I would use polish about every second week. Great product.
I used this for a while, but didn't really find it any better than the cheaper supermarket brand I would normally buy. It does smell better, and is less drying, but I did find it took longer to remove polish.
Ive had this Remover for a few months now and trued to give it the benefi of the doubt but im sorry to say i wont be purchasing it again. Its in a great wee bottle and smells better than most removers but its still not as good, the best thing i like about it is that if you have the patience it doesnt dry out your nails as much as others do. Cotton pads are great to use with it and i did find i had to hold it over the polish longer than others to help remove it. You never know i might try it again in the future but i wont be hurrying out again.
I thought I'd found my Holy Grail nail polish remover. Turns out I was wrong. I've found a new one!
First of all, can I say that I hate removing nail polish? All that rubbing rubbing rubbing, only to have polish still on my nails drives me nuts! Even my old favourite frustrated me. So when I received a deluxe sample of Orly's Gentle Strength Nail Lacquer Remover I didn't exactly have high hopes. You know, it's nice to be proved wrong.
My nail polish removing process is always the same - soak a little bit of a paper towel in the product, sit it on my finger and gave it a bit of a rub - keep doing until polish is eventually all off, which sometimes feels like it takes forever. However with Orly's remover the polish felt like it came off in a flash! Soak, rub - and boom! I could see actual fleshy-coloured nail! No polish! Within minutes of rubbing/soaking/rubbing my nails are mostly polish-free and then it's just a cotton tip soaked in the remover to get ride of the edge bits that seem to like to stick around. I find with the Orly remover a little goes a long way and you're not having to reload your towel/pad every two seconds.
And is it gentle on my nails? Absolutely. I haven't noticed any drying out (though to be honest I've never noticed this with previous removers either).
Will I be purchasing once my sample runs out? Yes. It is a little pricey for the amount you get, but it works so darn well it's a case of you're getting what you pay for.
I find this is a good basic nail polish remover. Easy to apply to a tissue or cotton ball to remove the nail polish. Surprisingly, this product has a decent smell as I find other products smell quite strong and are overpowering. I found that I had to go over the same nail a few times to remove the nail polish- even if it was a cheap brand of nail polish. It’s quite a big bottle compared to other products as in that respect it works out to be value for money if you are looking for a standard nail polish remover.
Tips: Always use a nail polish remover in a well ventilated area
