This wee guy is my go-to pencil liner! I Love that you dont need to sharpen it, I find it a very black black (which I love!). As for 16 hours, I have never tested it out...Who needs to wear make up for 16 hours?

Advance tip to desired length by twisting body of pencil.
Apply along lash line starting from inner corner of eye working outwards.
To sharpen, pull out sharpener from end of pencil. Insert tip of pencil in sharpener and turn gently.

Staple Liner
Tips: To get the linder to stay put 100% I apply it over top of Eye primer (on my lids), and for my lower lashes I set it by running a litle black eyeshadow over top!

Colour Stay eyeliner
These eyeliners are my fave!! I love the wind up ones, and the blackest is really black :) Nice and soft when applying too.

Awesome pencil
This pencil glides on smoothly just like it days it will, and stays on all day. Can smudge a little if you rub your eyes, but not enough to make me want to not use it.
Tips: Rub the tip on toilet paper to keep it sharpened

My Usual
I've used this eyeliner for the past four years or so and it really goes on so smoothly, and is lovely and soft, giving me a nice black line (I use blackest black). It the pencil lasts me forever, even if it doesn't actually last the 16hrs it claims, but it may just be the fact I don't set it under my eyes. Still love this stuff.
Tips: Set it to make it last longer.

Revlon colour stay eyeliner- It really does stay
I have this in the black and apply it to my top and bottom lash line, its great because its retractable, no need to sharpen it, its just ready to go. The texture is creamy and easy to apply, you can either let it sit or smudge it to create a smokey eye effect. One of the basics I have in my makeup bag.
Tips: I always draw on the back of my hand to warm up they eyeliner before applying to the top and bottoms of my lids.

I like how easy it is to apply this product as some eyeliners require me to go over my eyes a few times to get the colour to really show. I like how i don't need to sharpen it regularly. But it smudge a little when I wear it outside.

An eyeliner that stays where I tell it too
Normally I love to rim my eyes in the blackest black, but often than not by midday the liner has leaked into my tear ducts and all but washed away. Revlon colour stay eyeliner shocked me by staying there and not washing away, the black was very rich and easy to apply, not scratchy at all which is an added bonus. Only downer was it took me ages to wash off at the end of the day

Love this!
This was given to me as a gift, so I wasn't expecting much from it but it is perfect! I've been using it as an eyebrow pencil as well and to my surprise it has been very easy to manipulate and blend. The colour lasts and hardly smudges, and smudging has always been a problem for me, so this is perfect. Very easy to remove if something goes wrong. I was very surprised that all the claims made by Revlon about this eyeliner were 100% true!
Tips: A little goes a long way, not much is needed to achieve desired effect.
