This pencil glides on smoothly just like it days it will, and stays on all day. Can smudge a little if you rub your eyes, but not enough to make me want to not use it.

Tips: Rub the tip on toilet paper to keep it sharpened
This was given to me as a gift, so I wasn't expecting much from it but it is perfect! I've been using it as an eyebrow pencil as well and to my surprise it has been very easy to manipulate and blend. The colour lasts and hardly smudges, and smudging has always been a problem for me, so this is perfect. Very easy to remove if something goes wrong. I was very surprised that all the claims made by Revlon about this eyeliner were 100% true!
Tips: A little goes a long way, not much is needed to achieve desired effect.
These eyeliners are my fave!! I love the wind up ones as no need to sharpen, and its really black unlike other eyeliners. Nice and soft when applying too.
Eyeliner is a staple in my everyday makeup. I have dark eyes, eyelashes and eyebrows so I need to line my waterline or I'll look washed out and dead. This is a serious component in makeup so I'm always on the hunt for long lasting eyeliners.
I bought this Revlon eyeliner (I usually use Almay) because it was on sale to give it a go and I'm happy I tried it.
The eyeliner glides on so smoothly with no residue getting stuck on your lower lashes or lower lid. I have this problem because I have thick lower lashes. The eyeliner is really pigmented that it almost appears that I've rubbed a piece of coal on my waterline. The twist pencil makes application very seamless and you dont lose any product by needing to sharpen it.
The best part is that last the entire day and the pigment of black is the same at the end of the day as when I first applied it in the morning and no reapplication during the day.
I also dont find that the eyeliner creeps into the corners of my eyes making it look mucky and dirty. The eyeliner just stays put where I applied it.
This is definitely one of my favourites and worth the price.
Hands down favourite eyeliner. Really good price. Really good feel; soft enough so that it doesnt stab your eyelids and strong enough that it does a solid job. I always buy in black because I'm a traditional kinda gal. Especially love it because you can wind it up and down, no sharpeners involved! Its totally my fave and happily recommend to everyone!
One of the few products I always stock up. I used to use high end liners but they ran out so fast and they are so expensive. I started searching for a good drug store eyeliner. I tried a few, I prefer retractable ones because I'm too lazy to use a sharpener and I don't like how the pencils always make a mess in my makeup bags. So far this eyeliner is the best one I've found. Good price, good packaging and it really does the job. It does run a little bit throughout the day, but I think all liners do.
I find this eye liner great for giving a really bold colour but the ability to draw a very fine line with it. I have this in black and find that the way the tip comes to a rounded point really helps with the application. The pencil is long and thin and you can adjust the tip by twisting the pencil to make it longer or shorter. The colour lasts really well without fading or smudging. Would definitely like to try this in different colours.
This is the only eyeliner I've used and currently still use, that doesn't smudge. I've tried many different brands and types of eyeliners out there Estee Lauder, Clinique, loreal, maybelline, almay, etc but i always always keep this one in my make up bag for everyday liner.
It can outlast just about any environment. Humid, rain, sweaty hot, cold, you name it. Under extremely hot conditions it can smudge a little over my eyelid if im not wearing eyeshadow but to combat that i just apply a little loose setting powder over it and my eyelid and voila no problems.
No sharpener required, just wind it up and apply. I have this in charcoal and personally I found it stays on all day and then I have to use a oil based eye makeup remover to remove it. The texture seems smooth and I don't have to drag it along the eye rim like some others I have used. The pencil is slim and fits nicely in my makeup bag. It does not have as much product inside the pencil as the ones that need sharpening so it doesn't last as long.
Tips: Keep the lid on so it stays in good condition and doesn't dry up and don't wind up too much or breakage occurs then it is totally unusable. Once you wind them up, you cannot wind them down.
These eyeliners are my fave!! I love the wind up ones, and the blackest is really black :) Nice and soft when applying too.
