This is really good nail polish! What can I say? Great formula, applies well, dries fast and evenly, lasts well. I used 161 Teak Rose, a pretty dusky pink colour, and it looked great. I love the range which Revlon provides, and the decent size of the bottles. The wide availability is great too.

Tips: Apply with a top coat to ensure it lasts longer, especially along the tips of each nail. If the formula starts to get thick and old, you can improve it by adding a few drops of nail polish remover to the bottle.
I've been using Revlon nail polishes for years and will continue to do so. They have an incredible range of colors and are easy to apply. I still do my own nails regularly rather than go to a nail salon thanks to Revlon.
This is one of my favourite polishes to apply as it always goes on smoothly and without streaks. The formula seems thicker than others, yet not clumpy, which is just what you want. It's also less likely to chip, but you definitely do need a base coat to stop your nails turning yellow under the darker colours.
Tips: My personal favourite is 480 - Autumn Berry, for a gorgeous blue/red nail colour.
I do love the diversity of the colour range but I dont find the nail polish to be long lasting and durable. I find it chip quite quickly if I dont use a top coat.
I've used better nail polishes that are long lasting without the help of a top coat.
I have a few polishes from Revlon. They usually cost somewhere between $6-$10. And that's sale prices. Which to me is expensive. It dries pretty quick which is great. But chips THAT DAY without wearing a top coat. I've bought polish for $3/$4 and it lasts nearly a week without chipping and top coating. I have a gold Revlon polish and it is very pigmented and love how vibrant it is. I have indents on my thumb nails and when I apply this colour they practically disappear! LOVE that. My partner has quite a sensitive nose especially when it comes to nail polish. But Revlon has a more "tolerable" smell he reckons. (With the few colours I have that is). Some of the darker colours from Revlon are quite putrid. Turn off. Great brush and the liquid is easy to apply. Comes off real easily too with polish remover. Overall good polishes.
Tips: Definitely need to use a top coat.
I do like Revlon's range of colours, and they do go on very smoothly, but there's no way I get 10 days chip-free!! I use OPI base and top coat (not Revlon) but I don't think this would make a difference. I'd get 4 days chip-free if I'm lucky. Usually 5-6 days with OPI. But if you don't mind changing your nailpolish every few days then this is perfect!
Tips: Always use a base and top coat. A quick-dry hardener would probably be a good idea too
they are really easy to apply yourself and last forever
Revlon is my number 1 favourite nail enamel brand. The price is good. I love the formulation and it doesn't take forever to dry, like some other more expensive brands do. It lasts and lasts and I am 100% sure you will come to love these nail enamels, just as much as I do.
Tips: For the long lasting effects first apply a base coat or even a nail strengthener, my choice is Revlon Calcium Nail Hardener. Two coats of nail enamel, waiting for them to dry between coats. Finally a top coat. For long lasting effects use Revlon Colorstay Top Coat. The new one is the best top coat on the market by far =] True these tips and you'll have the best nails in ownxoxo.
Love using this nail polish. It doesn't chip off as quickly as other brands and love the colour range.
Tips: Definitely use a base and top coat, it keeps the polish looking good for much longer!
Nice smooth easy on formula, with a easy to use brush, a gorgeous range of colours, and simple elegant bottles. However, I found that this nail polish starts flaking and chipping within a couple of days, which is annoying. You can use a base and top coat to make it last a little longer, but you still may find yourself having to touch up your nails here and there while on the go. This nail polish in my experience needs a few coats to achieve the right colouring otherwise it can look a little thin.
Tips: If using this nail polish, keep it in your handbag for on the go touch up's when required. But I would recommend spending a little more on a better brand and better quality nail polish.
