I only needed one coat of the Revlon Nail Enamel to cover my nails, without anything showing through. This is a big deal for me!! I used two coats and got so many comments about how great my nails looked, and where did I get them done!

Tips: Use with a good quality base coat, as the darker colours can cause discolouration of the nail :)
Revlon nail polish is an absolute classic. It's what i remember using when mum would let me play with her polish as a kid. They are generally pretty long lasting, and have a reasonable range of colours, although not as vast as other more trendy brands. For classic staples at a fairly reasonable price (usually under $20), definitely go with Revlon.
Tips: Their quick dry top coat is a must!
Revlon is by far my favourite nail polish brand. I have several colours and will continue to buy them over other brands. I love the colour selection and there always seems to be new ones I haven't seen before when I peruse the Revlon counter. My favourite colour of late is Totally Toffee, shade no.415. I wash my hands regularly and just use my hands and nails as normal and my Revlon nail polish will last for at least 2 days without any really noticeable chipping, even with no base or top coat. OPI on the other hand, always has big chips within hours of application, even if I spend a long time carefully applying. I always read rave reviews about OPI, but personally it doesn't deliver like Revlon does. Also, Revlon definitely has a more competitive price, I usually don't think twice about adding another colour to my Revlon collection because they are affordable. Love you Revlon.
Tips: Personally I find this lasts really well with just the basic 2 coats of the polish, but for extra longevity I recommend a base and top coat.
Most of my nail polish collection is made up of Revlon product, you cant go wrong with it! Easy to apply (I like the brush size), dries fast and doesn't flake or chip if you apply properly using a top and bottom coat. Great range of colours too: pastels, bright, glitter.. something for everyone really! I add to my collection regularly and every time I go into the pharmacy they seem to have new colours out :)
I have 2 of the revlon nail polishes, 1 red one and 1 scented red nail polish. The scented one is called Mon Cherry and actually smells like cherries, although it is weird to have scented nail polish as people give you a few looks when sniffing your fingers haha. The scent lasts 2-3 days, which is a rather long time for a fragrance. I thought that applying a top coat would limit the fragrance coming through but it doesn't tend to. The brushes on the nail polish are alright, better than cheaper brands, but not quite as good and wide as the OPI brushes. The polish lasts about 2 days without top coat before it begins to chip and around 4 days with top coat. Overall I love this brand polish and you are able to pick it up quite often at Farmers for 1/2 price.
Tips: Apply a top coat to gloss and make the polish last longer.
I love Revlon nail polish so much! I think everyone gets a little over obsessed with OPI, and gets snobby, but Revlon is really good quality for a way cheaper price! They have a great range of colours and it lasts excellently! Their top coat is also fantastic, even if it smears designs a little.
I love revlon polish so much! They have a great range of colours and are just awesome quality. One of my favourite brands by far, would love if they came out with Sand effect ones like OPI :)
Tips: Apply around 2-3 coats, letting each coat dry in between.
i have the red colour in this nail polish and i absolutely love it , i hate it when i have to apply 2 coats of nail polish because the first is to thin but this one you only have to apply one coat and theres full coverage on your nails , such a vibrant colour and it doesn't chip its amazing. :)
I received this as a gift when I brought a foundation. I got mine in 'Cherries in the Snow' which first off, is the most adorable name. It is a pinky red colour and I believe is perfect for any season. The brush is great, it goes on smoothly and stays on for ages, even without a base or top coat. What I like about this is that it doesn't crease because it is so thin but still so pigmented. I find with thicker nail polishes when I go to sleep, they rub on the blankets and I wake up with creased and ruined nails. These are a bit pricy but are more of a high end consistency so why not.
I believe that the best red nail polish on the market is Revlon's Classic Nail Enamel in Revlon Red - full stop! -
It is the smoothest application I know of, and it does exactly as it says in terms of shine and long-lasting ability.
Tips: Buy it!
