Revlon PhotoReady Concealer

I gave this product away after a few uses. It didn't look nice on my face AT ALL. It settled into fine lines immediately, and had an all round uneven appearance.

I will start this review with the mention that I am generally not a fan of solid,stick concealers,but I am a huge fan of Revlon foundations. So after seeing alot of hype about this, I had to try it.

First off(and I am being picky) I did not like the packaging,the clear lid made it look cheap and tacky.

Ok next, the concealer is too dry,far to dry to apply nicely to the under eye area, I had to work very hard to get a nice,even finish, but then it looked cakey!

Its quite a thick concealer and is noticeable on the skin. It did however cover my broken capillaries which is great,but I was a cake face a couple of hours later.

The staying power is not the best, I got 3,maybe 4 hours wear out of it before I would have to touch up

I really did not like this concealer. I love the Revlon foundations, which I swear by for everyday use. However, this concealer is awful. While it did apply easily, I found it oily and cakey - a combination you don't want when trying to achieve a flawless look. It doesn't last and is very hard to set. Wouldn't reccommend.

This concealer worked well to cover any blemishes but is not suitable for under eye area. It did feel dry and cakey after a while in some areas. I purchased this in the shade light and it was still not quite the right colour for me. I also prefer liquid concealers and won't be repurchasing this one.

After using the mousse foundation from this range i decided to get this concealer assuming that it would be good as i loved the foundation, but the concealer not so much.. It's pretty average, not enough coverage yet it's quite thick and feels a bit sticky on my skin.

The only thing i like about this concealer is the simple & practical packaging. Otherwise i have a $6 budget brand concealer (W7- bought from postie plus)that is just as good as this one. I guess this is an okay concealer, i was expecting a lot more.

This concealer is okay for imperfections but definitely not the best for dark under eye circles and spots. It looks too cakey under the eye and isn't easy/comfortable to apply and blend in. It creases badly under the eye also, which is not an attractive look. I purchased it for use on dark circles so a big disappointment there as is marketed for that use but not really suitable for that use. I usually love Revlon products so not impressed. Would not repurchase or recommend this.

Great for under the eye darkness but that's all it helped me with. Didn't last long and product looked cakey. Didn't look any better with my bare minerals over top either

I loved the texture and application of this concealer. I also liked the choice of shades and the slight sparkle to illuminate your under eyes. But that's about as far as I got with this. I tried so many different things to stop it from caking and drying out under my eyes but with no success. I really wanted this to work but ended up throwing it out. I also don't understand why it's marketed as an 'all over face' concealer...being part of the PhotoReady its small hint of sparkles actually works to draw attention to blemishes that you're trying to hide...no one wants a sparkly pimple!

I brought the photo ready foundation and it came with this concealer stick. I have to say I haven't got much use out of it, I have very delicate skin and I found the concealer to be he wrong colour for me, quite hard to apply and very thick and clumpy. I think I'll stick with the liquid concealers.

Unsure if I would use this again, as their fairest one I could find was a #02, which, for me is still too dark. It did cover, and work on my sensitive pale skin, but looked oddly out of place. Would recommend this product to others - though probably not anyone with paler skin than myself!
