Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick Review

I sure do own alot of Revlon lip products. I love the Revlon Super Lustrous lipsticks. The formula is quite creamy and it keeps my lips moisturized all day long. I often worry about the color payoff but this is absolutely amazing! It's very pigmented and vibrant. However, The only thing I can say is to use a lip liner or a brush to apply the product.

I brought this in the shade 643 satin plum. I don't suit bright stand out colours and this is very pretty and adds just a touch of colour.

The tube is pretty standard black with a gold band around the top of the base with Revlon written on it. The lid is pretty cool the very top is clear so you can see what colour it is perfect if you own a bunch of these and are and organised and orderly you can see from the top without going through everyone of them looking for the right colour written in the bottom.

The texture of this lipstick is very creamy and moisturising. It glides on easily when I apply it. It's quite a glossy lipstick I find it easy to build up more. The colour is very light plum It doesn't really have the staying power it's fine if your not eating or drinking but it seemed every time I had a sip of my drink I had to apply more. Overall though it's a nice lipstick

I love Revlon cosmetics especially their lipsticks. This is my favourite lipstick type because of the shade range and the different finishes. I have 9 in total and I truly like them all. I love the matte and creme shades the most. I don't like frosty lipsticks. However, the pearl finish lipsticks in this range are amazing. They last quite a while on my lips and they're so pigmented. My absolute favourite shades are: Cha Cha Cherry (creme), Raspberry Bite (creme) and Wild Orchid (pearl). I was blown away by Wild Orchid and it's a must have for me. I think for the price especially if you get them on sale, you can't go wrong with these lipsticks.

I've tried so many lipsticks over the years - but Revlon is the brand I come back to, with great new colours and stickability. I always get complimented when I'm using them!

I think that these are a great selection of lipsticks. I have several of them, in numerous shades and formulas, and find that they are a great substitute from expensive brands. However they are not long lasting, and I find I have to apply multiple times throughout the day, especially after eating or drinking.

I have 10 in these in different finishes. They are all creamy and easy to apply. I wouldn't say they are long lasting at all but the colours are pretty and there is a big colour selection with subtle differences between some shades. I would say some tones are buildable while others are very opaque so remember to swatch before buying.

I have been using Revlon lippies for quite a few years now and will continue to use them.

I have used lots of different shades but this one in particular I am reviewing is Shade 03, Blushed - a really nice shade sort of a mix between a nude and a pink which I really like.

The case is black with gold lines around the base which is quite effective, a usual type of lippy tube where the lid pulls off. Comes off easily and goes back on easily also, but seems to stay put so doesn't fall off in your makeup bag.

The consistency is one of my favourite things about this lipstick as it is really moisturizing and glides on nicely. The colour coverage is good and it stays on well, it's not a colour stay lipstick but does have pretty good staying power.

All in all a great brand and a really good lippy which I will continue to use.

I have this in "just enough buff" and was disappointed to find its barely visible on the lips, just adds a bit of shine and a pearly look. It does feel nice once applied but the lack of pigmentation was disappointing at first. I use this lipstick when I'm doing a very natural look and just want my lips to look done.

I have the shade 805 - kissable pink. Its a lovely soft pink. It is creamy to apply and feels light on your lips. The colour doesnt last as long as I like, though so does need re-applying. Its my 'go to' lipstick for during the day

I love the colour of these lipsticks and they are soft and have a nice moisturising feel. They are great for all occasions, but don't last that long and need reapplying. Sometimes may need layering depending on the finish they have.
