even the lightest shade was to orange looking for my skin :/ havent been able to find it in any lighter. it also feels quite oily on your face so you have to use quite alot of powder over top to get that smooth look

I definitely think I got the wrong shade of this, which doesn't help at all. Despite that, I tried it out any way.. For me it was a tad drying, I like my foundations to be a little more luminous. I found this almost had a 'powdery' finish to it. The coverage is amazing! I would recommend this for those with more oily skin, or if you prefer a more matte finish
Tips: Use a flat top brush or damp sponge to apply
I brought this foundation as it was on sale for $10 at Kmart and heard a few good things about it, I have very pale skin and a lot of freckles, I find it is a very easy application but I can't seem to get enough coverage for my freckles, it's ok for a day to day foundation but I am on the search for something better.
I was using this foundation for a couple of months and thought I really loved it. I was applying it early in the morning and not coming home till late and never really looked in the mirror. I was recently told by a friend that the once flawlessly applied foundation was moving and oxidising on my skin making me look like an orange blotchy mess!! I do still use this foundation very very lightly if i have run out of my current foundation. Would not use on a daily basis however.
This product is okay. it is not long wear. after a long day at work i lefdt looking like i have zero makeup on. and im around clients all day so it wasnt ideal looking like i hadnt put much effort into my appearance. however, it was light and didnt make me feel like i had caked on the foundation.
This product comes in a pump bottle, which is great to get the product out,but the bottle is glass, and I don't like glass foundation bottles, only in case it gets dropped.i got the shade 300?sand as I am normally sand in most shades of makeup,it was very dark but I still applied it to see how it was once on my skin,it says it adapts to skin tone and texture,I found it did not adapt to my skin tone, and after 2 hours it was not on my nose or chin anymore,I will not be re purchasing it again
This is the first foundation ever that has matched my skin tone, been light enough for daytime but buildable enough for a night out and stayed on all day. As someone with dry skin, I'm used to foundation sinking into the rough patches of my skin in about four or five hours and showing up, however Rimmel Match Perfection would stay perfect all day, and only begin to show flaws after about 8 hours of wear.
The only weird thing about this foundation is that, for some reason, it does not settle on my upper cheeks. Whenever I apply, it seems to sink straight through that skin, and when I try to apply more, goes from zero coverage to cake almost instantly, with no beautiful smooth inbetween that it gives the rest of my face. Apparently this also happens to two other friends that use this foundation. An odd shame because otherwise, I love the product.
This foundation comes in a very pale cooler-toned shade, which i like to use to mix with darker, (and by darker i mean the lightest shade in the range that is still too dark for my pale skin), thicker, more yellow toned foundations to get my perfect colour and a nicer consistency. This foundation on its own is a very thin, dewy formula that provides a light, natural coverage - could be built up to a light-medium coverage.
Tips: To build up coverage, pat into the skin using a flat brush or beauty sponge.
This was my go to foundation for a bit but it did leave me with a patchy look and did not have good coverage.
I got the Rimmel perfect match foundation at farmers when they had a two for one deal. I wanted the perfect match concealer (which is totally amazing btw) so I grabbed this foundation to give it a try. My shade is 102 light nude. I was quite excited when I first applied it as it was a "perfect match" to my skin tone. It has a slightly yellow undertone which I need so I dont look grey or washed out or slightly pink as happens with some other brands. This formula is quite runny and super easy to apply and blend. I use either a beauty blender or brush and get flawless even, skin. My skin is dry. And some foundations accentuate this. Perfect match does not. It gave me a very slightly matte but not dry or dull finish. I would say it is a sheer to medium coverage depending on which application method you use. Because it is not a thick formula it is easy to layer and build up to a good medium coverage. So first impressions for me were great. I was surprised that such a cheapie foundation was working out so well. But unfortunately for me it isnt very long wearing. As I have a dryer skin using too much mattifying powder or powder full stop to set my foundation is not really an option. I so wanted to love this. And I do still use it occasionally. Because the colour match is one of the best I have found for me. But am still trying to find the best way to make it stick and not fade away. for the price I say give it a shot. It was almost perfect for me..
Tips: If your skin can handle it definately set this one with some powder
