Rimmel London Match Perfection Foundation

This has probably been one of the best "high street" foundations that I have used in a long, long time.

I bought this on a whim after hearing about it from a makeup artist who used it on a shoot (to my surprise, I thought she was going to be another MAC user). She was completely raving about the product - and I can exactly see why. I bought it in shade '100 Ivory' and it's an exact match for me.

I find the coverage to be absolutely perfect, it covers any imperfection and lasts all day. I normally find full coverage foundations to feel super heavy but this is super light on the skin and makes me look super dewy and fresh. It also works great stippled and buffed out with a brush or with a sponge.

The product itself is a viscous fluid. It's thick but it's still quite liquidy. It also has a pleasant, almost floral, smell to it.

I would definitely recommend this to everyone who is after a full coverage foundation on the cheap.

I was given this product by a friend as it as too dark for her skin, it blends well to a natural skin tone and doesn't leave a strong and obvious makeup line. I would definitely recommend!

I love this foundation! I have already re-purchased it 4 times and still loving it. It has a light to medium coverage. But is definitely buildable and lasts most of the day. It blends really well into the skin for a natural look and has an spf of 18 to protect your skin from the sun. It is really moisturising on the skin and didn't leave me with any breakouts. Overall it does so much more than what it is worth

I love this product because it has a slight golden tint which is perfect for change of seasons . Also i have a pink base to my face to a yellow tint balances it out and takes away any redness. Feels smooth to put on gives a flawless look and lasts all day ! i have freckles so i like a cover that hides blemishes but keeps my face looking natural :)

I'm a very pale girl, meaning any light foundation I pick up is still generally 2 shades darker than my skin tone and I have to almost blend is right down to my shoulders.

The lightest shade in this collection, light porcelain, was $3 more expensive than any other colour in the range which struck me as odd, but for finally finding my colour, I didn't complain too much.

I have very dry skin and was happy to find that the formula was very runny and smooth, meaning it didn't cake on and dry my skin out even more. It has a very pleasant smell which I would explain as a light floral smell.

It stays quite well, I work as a waitress and am quite often standing in a hot kitchen, and my face didn't melt off so that's a bonus.

It comes in a pump bottle which is great for getting the right amount of product for you.

I love this foundation for summer time. It has a light to medium coverage, covers imperfections well while still looking natural, and feels nice and light on.

While I have combo skin, my biggest issue is foundations clinging to dry patches. This foundation is one of the few that doesn't cling, no matter how manner layers apply.

I'm impressed with the staying power too. I can go an eight hour day without any touchups. Pop a bit of powder on after that, and you'll get another few hours wear out it.

I owned the shade 100, so happy to finally find a brand with my shade. The consistency of the foundation is thin and liquidy, its not overly watery but it has run off my hand when i've forgotten ive had it on there. With the pump nozzle its so easy to get a desired amount. I personally apply with a foundation brush and it absorbs into my skin pretty well. Its never streaky. Mine has a really nice smell, like some foundations have an over powering scent but this is scent is gentle and like perfume. Its light coverage, takes me two pumps to get the desired coverage but once set with powder it lasts all day. A full bottle lasts me a couple months. If you have fair skin and want something light coverage then definitely try it.

Love it! When i was buying this they didn't have any testers so I had to guess as close to my shade as I could through the packaging, It is spot on, perfect match for my skin colour. It is my first time using a liquid foundation and I am super happy with the results. It was runnier than I was expecting but has a really good coverage and you can layer it for more coverage. The main thing I look for in foundation (apart from colour match) Is that it has to have a lightweight feel on my face. This has that, it doesn't feel like you are wearing anything at all so you look, and feel good. I love the natural finish it has. And the pump bottle is really convenient.

When it comes to foundation, I now only use the Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation as it smells great and just glides on my skin easily. I had used other foundation but found that none of them felt good on my skin and weren't rally suited to my skintone until I saw Rimmel at the Warehouse and purchased it. It looks good on my skin, lasts all day, I really loves this!!!!

I have only found a few foundations in my day that actually work for my skin type. I have combo skin and I find a lot of foundations wear away in my problem areas even wi a good primer. I purchased this as a cheaper day to day foundation so I could save my more expensive ones for special occasions etc.

I'm a big fan of full coverage and this foundation blew me away with the coverage quality! It blends outs perfectly. This foundations seems to work great with my everyday primer and I haven't found any makeup slipping away for creasing, it basically stays all day. It even holds up well around my my sunglasses, other brands I have to re blend this area a lot and it winds me up! The only this I can fault is I'm not a fan of the scent of this foundation...... All in all for the amazing price of this I'm so glad I purchased this I will be using it until the bottle is empty !
