Overall, this nail polish is gorgeous. it is thick, covers well and has a really nice glossy gel look to it. It lasts better than regular nail polish, however for me it only last a week before it chips. I work on a computer, so nothing overly handsy... I would have expected it to last longer like it says!

Tips: Try to move quickly, don't leave the jar open for too long as it dries out quicker.
I have this product in a few different colours. They all wear similarly. I always get at least a few days of wear before chipping starts. I think it has better stay power than other regular nail polish, even other Sally Hansen products, OPI, Essie etc. This is the only gel polish I've tried, so I can't compare that. For the price it's not bad. The formula can be quite thick, so you have to be careful not to apply thick coats or it takes too long to dry. It always looks very smooth and shiny.
Fab range of colours at a reasonable cost i usually buy o special. The lighter colours dont apply as well as the darker colours and seem to streak! Best not to apply too much product as it goes on a bit gloopy. I apply 2 coats letting them dry in between using a cheapo nail dryer which is ok but its easy to scag your nails if your too impatient and dont let them dry properly so allow yourself plenty of time. I apply a third clear top coat to finish off. The finish is lovely prefer the gel but takes longer to dry but looks more professional. My nails probably last up to a week before chipping but that all depends on what ive been doing
Tips: Allow plenty of time for drying and lighter colours can look streaky when appled not sure why
The colours are quite pigmented so 2 layers will do, unless you want a thorough fully covered nail. It takes forever to fry, and when it comes to trying to take the polish off, even with an absurd amount of nail polish remover, it takes like 30 minutes.
Although, the polish itself when it is dry, does stay on and is quite resistant to knocks so it'll stay in tact well.
Great product really but the price is just a bit crazy for a nail polish. The quality is amazing, so i'd recommend if you want to treat yourself - go pick a color that can be your classic nail polish go to. Long lasting nails when applied. Application is smooth but dried out after a few months in the bottle for me.
I like a sheer finish to my nails that looks glossy and slightly creamy but not highly coloured. A natural but polished look. And for me, this nail polish achieves that perfectly IF I apply just one coat. (I have it in 'Birthday Suit', which looks sort of nude-tan in the bottle but ends up a soft ivory on my nails, which I love.)
With one coat: The brush is great, soft enough to avoid streaks but firm enough for good control, and the formula is creamy without being too thick, so applies beautifully as long as you don't overload the brush. (I definitely use less product with this than I do with other nail polishes.) It dries really fast. Almost immediately actually. And it easily lasts more than a week, even if I'm gardening.
With two coats: Maybe it's just me, but I found it really hard to get a clean, glossy finish. It was all streaks and globs. And it took a while to dry. It probably lasts well, but I wouldn't know. I removed it and did it again - with just one coat :)
I'm delighted with it, but for people who want stronger colour and an opaque finish, I'm not so sure.
Tips: Apply really thinly.
Workis really well. Greta to be able to use at home and the colour selection is awesome. Definitely lasts longer than normal polish
