These were really the start of my ability to so anything remotely useful with liquid eyeliner! I picked one up in Sephora last year, and have since added three more. One of the best things about these is the amazing range of colours! I have Turquoise Glitter, Love Song, Fireworks and Starry Sky.
Turquoise Glitter is only a little glittery, more of a soft sparkle in an intense turquoise base.
Love Song is a really pretty barbie pink.
Fireworks is an intense purple with a glittery finish.
Starry Sky is a darker silvery grey with a glittery finish.
These liners are all waterproof and long lasting. They are easily removed, except for the turquoise, which leaves a wee stain.
I find these really easy to use. They have a short brush with a long handle, which screws into a wider base. The tapered handles are easy to hold, and the brushes make wings and lines of various thicknesses quite simple. They're super cheap, come in a really wide range of colours, and are awesome in terms of the pigmentation.
I find the best way to beat the minor flakiness that can occur is to do one coat, then let it dry and go over the top of it. That guarantees a better line, and brighter impact.
I'd buy these again in a heartbeat, and will be replacing 3 of the ones I have when they're done <3 The Starry Sky I won't replace as I don't use it as often
I was on the hunt for a black waterproof liquid eyeliner when I came across this one on Sephora's website. My eyes water easily in bright light, which sometimes means I lose the inner and outer corners of my eyeliner if it is not waterproof. Sephora's eyeliner was reasonably priced, so I decided to give it a go - and I have not been disappointed!
The brush is a lovely fine tip which enables me to draw a thin, subtle line above my lashes, and to easily make it thicker if I want to.
The eyeliner lasts all day, as promised, until I remove it with micellar water, and then it comes off easily. It does dry quickly too. I plan to buy it in some of the other waterproof colours when they are in stock again.
Tips: The only drawback is sometimes it cracks, so I end up with a broken line. My solution has been, after the Sephora eyeliner dries, to draw over the top of it with a non-waterproof black eyeliner. Then I have the best of both worlds.
