And I am not sure why. It is a great primer and covers everything evenly but it is expensive and I am not sure if I am tricking my mind into thinking that more expensive = better as I believe some of my other primers do the same job but I still put this to the top of my list.
Packaging this comes in a long black tube, which has a black cap on it. The product comes out of the tube via a small hole in the tube body. Very chic and simple, being understated with the logo, branding and information being wrote very small in white font.
Formula wise this is a slightly tinted product but will work on every skin tone easily, the shade it almost like a biscuit colour that has a lean on the yellow. Once blended with your fingers into the warmth of your skin though the colour disappears and the primer becomes an invisible veil of magic perfection for the base makeup on your skin.
It happily and effectively blurs my fine lines, smoothes over my old scars and dulls any blemishes to look as if I have no flaws at all and that is the goal of a good primer. To be flawless and to hold makeup fast all day, which this does too. So even though it is very expensive it is worth the money, especially when a small pea size is normally enough to create a soft thin veil over your face. It can last a while before you need to repurchase.
This primer is light in color and when applied to the face has a powder finish, I haven't run into any issues with this primer it really preps my base before I apply my foundation. Every time i use this primer i get way more wear out of my foundation. I have naturally combination skin and have a oilier t zone. With this primer i dont have an oil build up on my forehead or in the area on each side of my nose when its mid day and im wearing a full face. So great for people who are like me that want to wear make up that doesn't make your skin want to produce excess oil. Easy to remove too.
