I received this as a free sample at Farmers, it came in a little round black compact with a flip top lid and round mirror inside the lid. I got the natural beige colour which suited my skin tone. This is a solid pancake-like foundation which can be applied with a damp sponge, which I prefer, or fingertips. I find it is too thick and mask-like for me, I prefer BB cream. I use it for touch ups like a concealer. If you want more coverage, try this.

I received a deluxe mini of this from the Elizabeth Arden counter. It was a miniature version of the full size compact, complete with mirror. I was a little confused by this product, as to whether is was a foundation or a powder. It did seem to have more of a powder texture to it rather than a cream foundation, so that is how I used it. I usually use tinted moisturiser rather than foundation, so I just used this lightly over top of that, with a brush. It quickly set to a powder whilst giving a blurring effect over fine lines. Whilst I liked the effect and finish, I wouldn’t purchase this for that purpose as I now realise it is intended as more of a cream foundation.
