Amazing palettes

I have only positive comments about sleek eyeshadows. They are beautifully pigmented and very blendable and for the price is amazing value! I didn't want to buy into the hype until I bought the Oh So Special palette which I use on a daily basis. There are 12 shades to choose from including mattes which is definitely a bonus!

The packaging is not clunky at all and is great for travelling as it doesn't take up much space in my luggage. Definitely great for when I don't want to bring my high end makeup!

I am already eyeing up more palettes to purchase, even as Christmas presents! Thank you Sleek for making great quality eyeshadows so affordable.

Tips: Use an eye primer to get maximum pigmentation from the shadows and as always, blend!!

Sleek iDivine

I think sleek products are so amazing, I tried this because everyone online was going crazy about them. I pad $15 online on a facebook page and found it so so worth it. They are pigmented and buttery, last very well and dont crease. The case is so cute, and I think the pallet a perfect size, not to bulky but still a decent amount.

The Most Gorgeous Eyeshadow palettes I own

I own 5 of the Sleek iDivine Eyeshadow palettes and I have to say that as soon as I opened them up, 7 months ago, I was blown away by the amazing colours and finishes. I own the Limited Edition Rio Rio, The Original, Vintage Romance, Garden of Eden and Au Natural. Each palette comes with 12 different colours in Matte, Satin and Sparkly finishes to use. I have to say that these eyeshadows and definitely the most super pigmented ones I have ever used and a quite long lasting. However I would definitely recommend using an eyeshadow primer if you eyelids tend to crease your eyeshadow. The colours are really easy to blend out and blend quite beautifully, especially the matte shades. One of the things I have noticed is that when using the sparkly colour on my eye brushes they tend to leave a colour stain for a while unless you double wash the brushes. The packaging is very simple but sturdy. It is made of a hard matte black plastic with the Sleek logo in a shiny finish. There is also a mirror on the front flap and a little plastic sheet to protect the eyeshadows. The plastic sheet is quite handy to keep as it tells you all the shade names of the eyeshadows as well as keeps the mirror cleaner. I would definitely purchase most of these palettes again, especially the Au Natural Palette as I use it every day for work. I purchase my palettes directly from sleekmakeup.com for about $13 USD. However I am also aware that you can buy them through Beauty Bliss, but they don’t tend to stock the Limited Edition palettes. The shipping to me did take about 3-4 weeks which I think is a bit ridiculous when I have had other packages arrive from the US for the same shipping cost in under 2 weeks. Their tracking and customer service is also not the best.

Tips: When applying these sparkly shades I would recommend keeping the sponge applicator to pack on the colour to make it look more vibrant. I have also noticed that I do tend to get a bit of fall-out from all colours, especially the sparkly ones. For this I would suggest doing your eye makeup before the rest of your face when using these eyeshadows.

I'm in love!

I love these palettes. $20 max for a palette n the colour arrangements in each palette is just amazing. Colours are superb. It does however shed a lot when grabbing with brushes. Colour pay off is nice and subtle. Have not tried electric colours yet but vintage romance n au naturel are beauts! ❤️❤️❤️

Pigmentation on point

These palettes are so high quality and pigmented. Be careful not to swirl your brush in them because they are so buttery they will shatter if you do this. You just need dip your brush in lightly and it picks up a lot of product. I have two of them which is the Au naturale and Vintage romance. I used these shadows on my friends wedding makeup with the Maybelline bold gold colour tattoo as a base and they latest all day and night. They so affordable yet so high quality. I will definitely be purchasing a lot more of these palettes.

Tips: Dip in your brush lightly to pick up the product rather than swirling the brush around it to avoid shattering the shadows.

Sleek iDivine Eyeshadow

Hate it! I find these to be very chalky, NOT pigmented and cheaply made eye shadows. I had such high hopes as it seems like everyone loves Sleek products but I just do not.

I do not like the formula - it does not feel luxurious and applies poorly. In fairness the eye shadow palettes are very affordable so they are worth purchasing to see if you are a fan or not. The only colour I found very pigmented was the black shade I think it is called Noir. This shade is very VERY black and has amazing staying power.

I also hate the casing as it is matte black and looks super dirty as you can see your finger prints all over it.

Prior to purchasing the iDivine Palette range I had only used Urban Decay and Mac eye shadows so my review may come across a little harsh as the quality is nothing like these. I never ever reach for my Sleek Palettes.

Tips: The colors look beautiful, different and amazing in the palette but once applied a lot of them look the same.

I LOVE THIS EYESHADOW PALETTE

I first tried this in matte v2... I think the matte colours are more pigmented than the glittery palettes. The colours in each palette compliment each other well and the product is very cost efficient. They glide on well and applies smoothly to the lids. The eyeshadows come in a cute flip case with a double ended applicator, which I find to be quite weak. Only downside for me is the applicator and the fact that they only have two different matte palettes.

CAN'T GET ENOUGH!

I own Sleek's Idivine in Vintage Romance and I absolutely adore the shades! Sleek's Idivine range has a tonne of palette colour schemes to choose from - from natural, toned down shades (Au Naturel Palette) to intense, bright shades (Acid Palette). I chose the Vintage Romance Palette typically because it consists of such classy, elegant shades from burgundy, navy and golds.

Just like everyone EVER says about Sleek Makeup: the pigmentation is insane! Easily blendable shadows that look swatched the same as in the palette (which is always a winner). Love this palette and can't wait to build up a collection.

Favourite Eyeshadow Brand

I own Storm and Arabian Nights limited edition palettes.

I absolutely adore these eyeshows! The packaging is your classic sleek, matte black packaging. I find it really stylish and sturdy, you don't need to worry about the shadows shattering because it's so strong.

I'm not going to go through all the individual colours because that will take forever but the colours are really beautiful and pigmented and I find the shadows last the entire day. You don't need to worry about touching up throughout the day. I only wish there were more matte shades in each palette. In the two I have, there are only one or two matte shades so if you don't like shimmers sleek eyeshadow may not be for you.

I will definitely be repurchasing more sleek shadows in the future, they're my all time favourite and always reach for them. I also love how the box they came in have tips on how to use them and how to create a look if you are new to eyeshadow and don't know how to apply. The price is worth it especially for the such high quality, I wouldn't even count these as low-end I find the quality so good. Definitely recommend these!!

Arabian Nights Smoke and Shadows

I've been interested in Sleek's iDivine Eyeshadow Palettes for some times so when I saw the limited edition Arabian Nights palette I had to have it.

The palette is packaged in a very streamline matte black with magnetic closure and large mirror. It is very 'sleek' in appearance but on the downside it does show every single mark.

The palette contains 12 round shadows in a mixture of metallic satins, shimmers and a couple of matte shadows. I'm not normally a big user of vibrant eye makeup so the jewel-tones in Arabian Nights work for me perfectly. Each shadow is very pigmented and delivers high-impact colour that lasts all day without having to pack on the product. I did find the matte shadows slightly harder to blend than the satins.

The formulas are quite powdery and there's a fair bit of fallout from the shadows, especially the glitters and glitter does end up everywhere across the palette. In terms of wear they didn't crease on me, but it's not a palette I would recommend for those with mature skin or those who dislike glitter as the shadows are very shimmery.

I really like my palette and they are very good value. I've been eyeing up other i-Divine palettes and recommend them to anyone after an affordable palette with a variety of colours.
