Picture-perfect skin is now a reality with our illuminating liquid foundation.
This silky, lightweight formula glides on effortlessly for sheer to medium coverage that hides flaws and imperfections so you're left with a luminous, air brushed look. A silky, semi-matte finish evens out natural skin tone to uncover your true beauty.
Infused with Mica, tiny crystals found in nature, this skin illuminator reflects light, leaving you radiant and glowing. Perfect for sensitive or dry skin. Simply brilliant!

I purchased this in my summer shade 20 watts and this is a great match for me at this time of the year (although far too dark in winter). This is quite neutral in tone, not too pink or too warm.
The packaging is very sleek, a square glass frosted bottle and a black lid. This has a pump which makes application easy and mess free.
This has a somewhat thick texture and I find it is best applied over a hydrating base to help to blend the product out across the skin. It also works beautifully when mixed with a more runny foundation such as ChiChi's fabulous and flawless. It can settle somewhat into large pores so the addition of a pore filling primer helps to reduce the appearance of pores. When applied the foundation has light to medium coverage, and a satin finish when first applied. As it settles on your skin throughout the day the finish looks a bit more glowy and dewy, but not at all oily.
The light reflecting particles in this foundation are absolutely beautiful, much like the effect of adding a liquid highlighter to your foundation. I find they give your skin a youthful and healthy look and really lets your skin shine through- no foundation mask here. The pitfalls of this is when your skin is not such an asset, then all of your imperfections just go shining on through.
When my skin is nice and blemish free then I absolutely love this stuff, no cake face and such a natural yet beautiful finish. When I am blemish free this is one of my favourite foundations- even more so than Nars Sheer glow and DB radiant coverage (which are comparable finishes). However when my skin is not so nice then this simply doesnt give me the coverage I need. The Nars and DB foundations offer a solid medium coverage which I find is definately my preference when I am breaking out. I also find that because the coverage is so sheer, that I have very little coverage left at the end of the day.
I would totally recomend this foundation if you dont have any issues with blemishes or have a lot of redness. I do think if you have really dry skin that you would struggle to blend this foundation out as it is so thick. I am however definately going to continue to use this on my good skin days!
