The Original Beautyblender

I swear by these. I no longer use foundation brushes coz this beauty has replaced it all. This product gives me a natural finish. Even with my contouring. It looks extremely natural. Concealor lasts all day with no creases. Have used replicas n real techniques version of this n hands down this is like the holy grail. I suggest every girl have this in your beauty bag.

I bought my first beautyblender 2 years ago and I've never looked back. I do love brushes but for applying foundation every day, my beautyblender is my favourite. I don't even use my brushes to apply foundation anymore as this does the job better and faster too. I recommend this to anyone. Other beauty blender look a likes just doesn't compare to the original.

i love love LOOOVE this product!! I don't know where I would be without it, it gives me the most amazing and perfect matt looking coverage, so much better than a foundation brush. I would defiantly recommend this product to anyone and everyone!! Number one beauty tool to have in the makeup kit.

I have just started using sponge (was never a sponge fan) but i am loving it. I do wedding makeup and special occasion makeup and the results from using this sponge is amazing. You dont have to worry about getting lines from using a foundation brush. The blender gives such a flawless airbrush finish!

For christmas I received a xo beauty flat top face brush as part of a set and this beauty blender. It was something I had wanted for so long, but never wanted to spend the money to get it.

I started using my face brush first off and thought my foundation routine had been changed forever until I touched my beauty blender. There is no need for makeup brushes to apply my foundation anymore as it is so life changing.

The shape makes it perfect for getting in my nose creases and around my piercing and also getting right into the eye area with concealer.

I never really understood the hype about a beauty blender, everyone talks about them and everyone has them and raves about them. I just thought it was a sponge that was really over priced. I used to use a different sponge, that I cant even remember the name of because it was so long ago, I just remember it being so rough and hard and it didn't expand at all when i wet it, but when i used the beauty blender it was so soft and it went much bigger in water. I love the beauty blender because it makes my foundation look much more natural and dewy. It leaves my foundation to a beautiful natural finish, and my foundation actually feels like it has sunk into my skin, rather than just sitting on top. I use the beauty blender for my foundation, concealer and cream highlight. I think its safe to say i will be repurchasing until i die!!

I wasn't quite sure on using a sponge at first to apply my foundation, but after a couple of trials I don't know how I used anything else! I find once the sponge is dampened it does not absorb to much foundation so it's not going to waste. My foundation glides on really nicely and I love the finish. Will buy again!

I'm a beauty blender convert, I only wish they were a bit cheaper, at $40 it's not really cheap. I also wish they cleaned up a bit better, it seems such a mission to get these babies clean. The first time I used it I used it with the fit me foundation but i've since stopped using fit me and using bobbi brown and revlon colorstay and this makes my foundation flawless, you can really see the difference between using the blender and a brush. I love the top triangle sort of bit that allows better makeup application around the nose area and I tend to use it under my eyebrows too because it's not big and can fit in the crease quite nicely.

I feel that the price is a bit steep for a sponge but it does do what it says. My foundation always looks hydrated when applied with the beauty blender. I also find that I use less product and when I bounce the blender on top of my skin, I get such a good coverage.I like that I can get into all the nooks and crannies of my face and it doesn't look patchy. It does get quite dirty but is easy enough to clean...I run it under the tap and squirt some shampoo on it and squeeze till the water runs clean.

So I finally purchased this after dwelling on it for ages. I couldn't justify spending so much on a sponge.

To be honest, I can say I am a fan of the beauty blender. I have always applied my foundation with a brush and when I tried using my wet beauty blender I found that it sheered down my usually full coverage foundation.

I no longer use it to apply my foundation however I do use it dry to pat down and set my foundation in place before applying powder.

I also use it to set my concealer for under my eyes and other "highlight" areas.

I'm not sure if it's worth the hype. Maybe it's just me though.
