This is super easy to apply and is a really handy staple for a quick morning routine but I find this tends to come off so easily. I could understand if it was sweating off but anything that comes near your face gets makeup on it.

This is one of those wonderfully advertised products that eventually sucks you in after having your television tell you every day to buy it.
I purchased this a few years ago after finally listening to my Television.
Firstly this is a great product for bronzing, its perfect for when you get a spray tan, you can use it on your face and neck to blend them into your newly tanned body.
But that is all... I wouldn't recommend using this product as a foundation, it has quite high pigmentation and a gawdy orange hue to it, and lots of shimmer so would be no good as a contourer either.
The brush is terrible and malts and no matter how many times you wash it, it still clings to product.
The packaging is great and if you buy the set, it comes with a neat tin, I actually really love the tins that the Thin Lizzy Set comes in, they are handy for so many things, pencil case, make up brushes even keeping your loose tea bags in :)
The other items in the set are nothing to rave about either, the lipgloss is a tacky texture and smells sickly after awhile, the eyeliner is okay, it is a little rough to put on, It doesn't glide on like some eyeliner do, takes a bit to get a good pigment.
Overall not something I would buy again, but if you can get a friend to go halves in buying a set as you do get 2 lots of everything in a set, $25 is not a bad buy.
Thin lizzy 6 in 1 powder set..... what can i say?
Firstly, i dont know how anybody could use this as a foundation, because it does not some in foundation shades, it only comes in bronze shades that would give you a healthy glow but doesnt really even out the skin tone.
Bronzer, Yes it definitely works as a bronzer, no doubt about that,
Blush and highlight. Well no..... it is a bronze shade, and although some blushers do come in bronze colours, Its not much use when the rest of your face is the same colour. Highlight, by highlight do you just mean its shimmery? Cause yes its shimmery but its not what i would consider a highlight.
Eyeshadow, Yeah why not, it works, you have to pack a bit of product on but it works good enough. I prefer having more than one colour on the eye though so not for me.
Lipstick, Yes you can apply the powder to your lips and then put a gloss over it
I honestly think its just a glorified bronzer, and its not worth the money.
Now, the dual ended eyeliner isnt bad, but it isnt the best eyeliner ive ever used either.
The brush isnt bad either, but its not amazing, and definitely not worth the price they tell you on the infomercials.
And lastly, that damn lipgloss. I hate this lipgloss with a passion. It has to be the thickest, stickiest lipgloss i have ever used in my whole life. The smell is nice, but that is the only good thing about it.
Would i repurchase, No, would i recommend to my friends, Hell no, did it do what it said it would do? Not in my oppinion. Is this product worth the money..... NO! there are tons of better products, Australis does a nice trio with a blush bronzer and face powder in it and that is only $18 and the bronzer is similar if not better than thin lizzys.
Had to try this because of the hype. I like the thought of investing in something that says it can do 6 things being only a single product. But realistically I need and want more.
If this was just a bronzer.. awesome! I would have given it an ok review. But I am so excited to say I have finally finished my powder and won't be repurchasing.
It might be the perfect 6 in 1 for certain skin shades so don't be totally put off but maybe try before you buy.
My skin tone is fairly light and I tend to stick to light bb creams and light to beige foundations. So when this powder sits on my skin it's really noticeable.
It just looks like a bad 80's blush accident for me. The only positive use I have found is when I use a light dusting as a bronzer. And I mean light as the brush can hold a lot of colour and doesn't seem to seamlessly blend it in.
The brush is too big to allow for use as a lip or eyeshadow colour and it's just not a colour I would use.
Don't be totally put off as what doesn't suit me might suit others but I definitely think you should trial it first.
Tips: Try before you buy
This product didnt do one think it said it would. Consistency was good. The smell was good. The brush is really the only thing I liked about it. Coverage is crap (hope im allowed to use thar word). Once applied it didnt stay on for long except the glitter. I havnt used the whole container, as I didnt like how it looked on. Spots were darker than other spots, but in saying this any mark/spot/blemish can syill be seen. Price couldnbe cheaper since it doesnt work. Packaging is ok, could be better, the blue just doesn't suit it. I have normal skin, so this wouldn't add to the crappiness of the product. I wouldn't recommend it to friends, probably a good make for children to plsy with.
Tips: No tips with this product as I can't see how it would ever work.
I purchased this a few years ago when I was experimenting with powder products. I loved the idea that this claimed to have multiple purposes and - I will admit I was sucked in by the results on the ads. (Now I am more cynical haha).
At the time this was a MASSIVE expense for me - as I was studying and working part time ($50 was groceries for a week).
Firstly - the brush is a huge waste of time. It shedded like insanity and it felt really rough and coarse on my face. Moreover, the product applied super unevenly with the face brush included and made me look patchy :/
Even though I got the lightest shade it made me look like an oompa loompa. It was awful - I looked like I had streaks of fake tan all over my face.
As well as being too orange, the powder has so much fallout and isn't buttery or soft whatsoever. The pigmentation is fairly high but far too orange for me.
I also loathed the lipgloss - it literally felt like glue on my mouth. My lips kept sticking together and I only wore it twice because I hated the gloopiness and stickiness.
My mum grabbed this off me after I had been telling her how I was going to throw it away, and she uses it daily and likes it. I don't know if it is her skin tone or that she is older or something but it looks ok on her.
For me though, this was easily one of the biggest wastes of money I have ever spent. I would not recommend this to anyone and there is no way I will ever buy another product from Thin Lizzy ever again.
I use thin Lizzy powder every day, especially since I wear a mask to work I find that the powder sticks better to face face. Foundation seems to smear onto my mask which isn’t ideal. Thin Lizzy powder gives me a Matt look which softens flaws and looks natural. It doesn’t seem to settle in lines and I prefer it to foundation for everyday wear.
