This product claims to be a great all rounder. However the added shimmer in this product makes it difficult to use it in a variety of ways. As an all over bronzer to warm the face it is perfect the light reflecting particles create a luminous effect!! But the shimmer makes this product very limiting, you cannot contour with a shimmery colour as it defeats the purpose of contouring - to create the illusion of a hollow. The shimmer just brings attention to it instead. The colour of this bronzer is also quite orange which means you have to be extra careful when applying it to fair skin to ensure you don't end up looking orange.

Tips: Use very sparingly as an all over face bronzer to warm up you complexion and maybe as an eyeshadow.
Now this isn't a review to say I absolutely hate this product or that it is completely bad. I actually reckon Thin Lizzy is pretty good. I like that it gives a thin coverage as it provides me with a very natural look if I am using it alone. It is also really good when I use it over my regular foundation as it doesn't make it look dry.And it last for ages, especially because you get the two for one in a set. The only thing I have had a problem with is the stickiness of the lip gloss, especially because my first one had a leak and got all over my bag. Definitely considering buying it again.
Tips: Actually watch the instruction video as it is really helpful if you want to get the best out of it.
I was given this when my mum brought a double set. I didn't mind it but I tended to look a bit orange. One swipe was the most natural look for me, otherwise, I looked unnatural. I actually liked the double ended pencil and the strawberry lip gloss, the trick is not to use too much. Didn't like the brush at all. I wouldn't use again as there there are a lot of products I would rather buy.
i admit im a bit of a makeup snob. i dont like drug store makeup, the smell the feel, anything. but damn! i love thin lizzy! it has been my go to bronzer for over 6 years now. i keep trying to move away and try new things only to give them away and get my trusty old faithful buddy out
Tips: a little goes a long way and it does need to be buffed into the skin with the right brush. throw out the lip gloss it comes with. sticky icky!
Use this almost daily and find it so easy to apply. It doesn't make face feel as though its slipping down to my neck and lasts the day
I used Thin Lizzy 6 in 1 for a few years on and off and could never decide if it was a keeper or not. I would have to say if your not a major fan of spending hours in the mirror or applying 6+ different products then it is great. I have also noticed as i have aged so has my skin and the Thin Lizzy 6 in 1 just doesn't cover all my little imperfections as it seems to claim. This little set come's with two of everything so is perfect to go halves with a mate when your running a little low on cash or want to give it try. I find the liner is easy to apply but can also smudge very easy as well, so would recommend it for only simple make up looks. I have to say i still use my Thin Lizzy 6 in 1 brush to apply other make up, i love how easy it is to manipulate the bristles to apply different make up. How ever i still have all my lip glosses from every set i brought, i find it is very sticky and looks a bit tacky, but if your like a really really glossy look then it would be great.
Tips: Apply sparingly and slowly as it can easily be over applied and make you look like an oompa loompas relative :) ..
I dont really like thin lizzy i think its only good for one use which is bronzing and contouring but it says it can be used for so many other things which i dont believe because ive had it a few years ago. I havent repurchased since and dont think i ever will. its not really good but also not really bad so it just depends on how you like it and what you can use it for.
The lightest shade is very dark on me & looked ridiculous when used as a face framer. On someone with such pale skin, I would not recommend this stuff. I had to give it away. Very disappointed.
Tips: Try a tester if possible-even lightest shade is very dark
I had great hopes when I purchased this. I was hoping it would be a quick easy make up fix ( Hopefully cutting both time and products needed). Sadly even the light shade was far too dark for me ( i ended up looking like an Oompah loompah from Willy Wonka). The brush that is included with it didnt blend the powder at all and i thought the powder felt really cakey on my skin. I think perhaps someone with slightly darker skin than i would be able to use it as a contour or bronzer but i definatly do not feel that this lives up to the claims you see on T.V.
Tips: Go into a store where you can have this applied so you can trial it. Then go outside and make sure it looks ok in natural light before buying
I bought his a while ago and everytime I tried to use it as the adverts suggested I ended up washing it off because I looked like an Oompa Loompa. I discovered the key is "Less is more" and I lightly brush it over my face for a healthy glow. Now that I have the hang of it I use it daily. I like the convenience of having the two colours of eyeliner in one pencil as well as the handy sharpener in the lid. I did not like the lip gloss that came with it, I found it far too sticky and it just felt gross. Would I buy this again? Probably.
Tips: Best to buy Light tone because you can build on the colour and lessen the risk of overdoing it.
