Have never bought this product for myself and that was on purpose. I used to use my friends thin lizzy back in high school or underage clubbing shinanigans but is always just look like the WWF wrestler Gold Dust or Cleopatra. It's extremely shimmery and picks up the slightest hint of light so not good for natural contouring . It also made me break out on the parts of my cheek bones i would use it to bronze or contour . Not my cup of tea but could be used as a bronzed or body shimmer I suppose.

Tips: Not good for skin types that break out easily
I personally found it evened out my skin complexion on my back, face, etc. However the coverage brought out a dark/reddish/bronzy tone that I did not like. I would recommend it if you need last minute coverage that you could easily purchase from your nearest chemist, warehouse or k-mart real cheap however for full coverage I would preferably go with a liquid foundation (I know they have one but haven't tried it). Mind you their lip/eye pencils and lip gloss that come together with the set are great and last ages!
Tips: Probably best not to wear this to beach or pools, but definitely give it a try because it is worth to get for last minute emergencies you may have :) Sellers of this product also allow you to try the product in-store for FREE so try it out!
I got this when it first came out and was advertised as an ALL over foundation ect , I had it in 'light' . it made my skin go ugly and orange and looked like fake tan !! definitely not an all over face powder , I like the eye liners they are very good but the lip gloss is far to heavy and sticky ! it does smell nice though .
how ever this probley works great on darker skin !
only use this as a bronzer !
Tips: for an all over powder use the mineral FOUNDATION from thin lizzy in the pink pack not the 6 in 1 !
only use this as a bronzer if you have light skin
I brought this because I thought COOL! 6 in one! that means less time applying everything else! ERR, WRONG! I find I have to use concealer and foundation still. Thin Lizzy is only good to set my foundation and as a bronzer. I do love the lip gloss, but the eyeliner still hasnt been touched
I been used this set for long time. What can I say... Powder is good, only shades is too dark. But all other thinks from set NO.
One word comes to mind when it comes to thin lizzy and that is meh.... Great if you want to look like an Oompa Loompa as it tends to give an orange tone to the skin. It sure isn't as easy as they make it look on the t.v with their just a flick of a brush and your done, it doesn't cover up freckles, or birth marks, I do have to say it makes a nice natural eye shadow, and I have been known for using it as a light finishing powder over my normal foundation. All in all I have to say don't believe the tv hype when it comes to this product their eye brow pencil on the other hand is fantastic
I started using this foundation when I first started using makeup. I was very clumsy and unco when it came to make up a few years ago and I found that this was a good starting point. It is very easy to use and is a light layer so when you use it, it isn't one of those ones that look like you have slapped a whole bottle of of tanning lotion on your face (that seems to be the look some girls aim for these days). In saying this, it means that it doesn't really cover your blemishes like it says that it will. The adverts on TV make it look like you can cover freckles and red cheeks and all sorts of blemishes that you might want to hide but in my opinion this isn't the case. This is a good starting point but once you're more into makeup and want to explore the makeup world a bit more I would say move on and try something a little more adventurous. And if you are insecure about your skin or you won't leave your house unless you look absolutely perfect with flawless skin I would use something else. Good luck!
Tips: If you're just starting out with make up, this is a great powder to use. Don't use if you're aiming to cover blemishes.
I purchased this in the lighter colour and it is about 3 or 4 shades too dark for my skin so I can't use it unless I'm using it as a bronzer. It also doesn't cover up much as a foundation when I applied it you could still clearly see my red cheeks, freckles and blemishes...definitely wouldn't recommend this product unless you had already flawless skin and nobody who is as pale as me could use it.
I bought some of this a while ago as I the thought of having an all in one product was really appealing. What I found was that it made me look really orange and just didnt sink into my skin. I like to have a very natural look when it comes to make up. This worked well as a tanner but takes ages to spread everywhere. Would rather buy a spray tan and some other form of powder.
I purchased this set under the assumption it will contour my face and give it a "healthy glow" but I ended up with something that didn't match my skintone so I looked horribly brown compared to the rest of me. I can't image how it's supposed to match "ALL" skintones when it can't even do that for my middle-of-the-road olive complexion. Use it as a bronzer but definitely not a 6-in-1.
