This foundation powder got a lot of hype, especially from the adds on television but i found that it didn't really work for me. It hardly covered my blemishes and i found that it made my skin cakey which is not a good look. It is not good for oily skin as it comes of easily. The smell of the makeup gets old and weird overtime. It is one of those products that if i have nothing else, i will use it but i am not really happy about it. The concealer didn't really work for me either so i haven't had good results with Thin Lizzy makeup at all.

Tips: I wouldn't recommend this to people with oily skin or acne prone skin.
You see this powder advertised on TV all the time so I thought id give it a go... I found its a tricky thing to use when you start applying it, it doesn't look dark enough so you keep applying but afterwards it goes really dark and orange! Makes you look like a ompalumpa! I personally wouldn't buyit again and wouldn't recommen to friends
You watch the infomercials and they make this look so amazing, but then you try it at home and it's nothing like you thought. Even with the lightest shade it is too dark and orangey for my skin, it can work as a eye shadow and as a contour maybe, but I couldn't use it as an all over colour without people wondering if I were sick. The lip gloss that comes with it is horrible and sticky, the eyeliner is not too bad, but is really smudgy for me.
People often give this product a bad rap but to be honest its tried and true. I must admit it is my last resort go to contouring bronzer. I often get this product free when i purchase the mineral foundation. The colour match is perfect for all skin types and provides great coverage as a bronzer only.
The only real downfall if that the product does crack easily therefore breaking into little bits.
I purchased this after seeing multiple TV advertisements, and was very excited when it arrived! I was hoping i could use this as a light-weight foundation/bb cream, or as a bronzer but I was a little disappointed!
It has pretty average coverage, unlike what the infomercials say it has. It makes a good bronzer, but i usually only use it to set my foundation. Its a good "throw on and go" , but it isn't the miracle product i was hoping it would be.
Though its not perfect, it is still a relatively good product, and makes a pretty great powder!
Tips: use this as a powder to set your foundation!
I absolutely love this product, my Nana was the first person who introduced me to thin lizzy as she gifted me a set for my birthday. I have used it ever since. I love the natural summer glow it gives. I always apply it over the top of my normal foundation. it gives my makeup a professional finish. I use it as an eye shadow and blusher too. I even apply it to my chest area to make me look tanned. I highly recommend this to everyone.
Tips: Apply over the top of normal foundation for a lovely finish. Also use as a summer bronzer on your skin to make you look lovely and tanned.
This product is a oldie and a goodie it's not really suitable for total coverage but it's good as bronzer and contourer. It doesn't stay on as long as it should and sweats off easily also quite a lot gets on your clothes around your collar area. I like that it comes as a pack and truly a good beginners go to. The lip gloss is just awful it's sticky and not user friendly. It sits on top of your lips so really has no use but for the gloss effect it also builds up leaving yucky gunky look. For the price Ai would only purchase on a sale or as a pack and not on it's own.
I have been using this since it first came out (I was about 15) and I'm now almost 24. I find it is a great all over bronzer, and contouring powder. I use it religiously. Its also an amazing transition colour for eye shadows. I use it in my crease and it looks amazing every time. I do however use the Light Powder as the dark is way too dark.
Tips: Use after foundation is applied, it looks better then on its own. Also use a different brush to the ones that come with it. I don't really find them that useful.
I got one of those double tins for Christmas when I was about 12 that comes with the lipgloss, eyeliner, etc etc and I was so excited. I was very very new to make up but with starting college the next year I wanted to learn. Thank goodness I don't have my ID photo from that year. It looked super orangey on my pale skin, bronzing? Forget about it. It was horrendously obvious that I had no clue what I was doing with make up during that time. Worst of all I'd put it all over my face. Would not recommend this to anyone, ever. Maybe the formula has changed over the years? I'm too scared to find out. I've heard good things about the mineral foundation but even that terrifies me. And the price is insane for either of these products.
I have medium brown skin and purchased this product to just give my skin an even tone, as it can be slightly patchy. I ended up looking like I had been in a sunbed too long and yet I didn't put that much on. It suited more being a blusher or eyeshadow. It didn't suit me but it may suit others.
