Manicare Dual Cosmetic Pencil Sharpener Review

I have several of these. I love closed in eye pencil sharpeners as they are self contained and don't result in a mess. As such they are by far the most ideal shapener to carry in your handbag or when travelling.

This is also a dual sharpener, which means if I want I can use one side for my darker coloured eye pencils and one for my lighter coloured eye pencils.

In terms of its sharpening abilty it is fairly standard.

I'm on my second Manicare sharpener and it is capable of sharpening almost everything. There are some jumbo eye shadow pencils it struggles with, but after I purchased 4 more sharpeners to deal with said pencils, I discovered none of them did any better. The little rod for poking bits out of the blade is a bit crappy but it's useful. I will keep buying these. Don't scrimp on cheaper sharpeners, and probably don't buy others unless you need a different size end.

Also comes with a bit that pops in or out of the jumbo hole, for different sized pencils.

I was lucky enough to pick this up in the vault and I think it's the best sharpener I've used! The dual end means that I can sharpen a range of sizes and I like the transparent top so you can see the point. It sharpens all my pencils very well and I would highly recommend! Cleaning is also super easy. Just take off the top and empty. If you're lacking a sharpener, I highly recommend this one!

I got this impressive baby in the last vault. It never really occurred to me to buy a quality sharpener for all my makeup pencils before. I have always used my sons school sharpener and kinda wondered why it would always break the leads of my pencils! Surely all sharpeners are made the same and do the same job?! Well, well, well my mind was about to be blown.....

I have always known about and liked the brand Manicare. I have many of their products now so was always excited to have yet another gem in my collection. I love the clear lid on the top of the sharpener which keeps my floor and makeup draws clean of any pencil shavings....winning! The fact that I can use it for my bigger pencils as well as my smaller ones is so useful and means I don't have to buy two separate sharpeners for each.

I really like how little it is because it fits in to my everyday little makeup bag perfectly without taking up too much room.

It is so smooth to use. It never falters and is always free flowing when I sharpen a pencil. There is no product clogging down the bottom of the sharpener either which is great. I also love the clear lid for safety. My son often uses it to sharpen his pencils if he can't find his and because the blades are under the lid that is safety plus, plus.

I can honestly say hand on heart this baby sharpens my pencils to a sharp point and never breaks the leads. It keeps my spaces clean and keeps my lines sharp when I do my makeup. For something that before seemed so insignificant, it has become a core staple in my collection. To the point that I bought a back up incase I was ever to lose it, gosh forbid!

Everytime I use this sharpener these are the words I sing in my head, this sharpener would always be sold out if Sade promoted and sung about this product.

This is one of the memorable findings in the "Incredible eyes box" to this day I use this tool every time I do my makeup. The sharpener is made of sleek plastic with a clear casing to catch all the newly sharpened shavings.

It gives a precise sharpen to a point that if you keep sharpening your pencil it will be extremely pointy. This is an extremely versatile sharpener, I can sharpen my largest pencils like the NYX jumbo pencils to the smallest pencils like the Kleancolor lip liners.

I will be buying a backup one of these, this would be one of the favorite makeup findings for 2016, because it does a perfect job everytime and it sharpens every pencil I own.

I grabbed this from the vault as i'd been meaning to get a decent eye pencil sharpener for ages. The couple that I owned prior to getting this one were not very useful, and as a result I hadn't been using my eye pencils very often. Since aquiring this pencil sharpener, i've been using my eye pencils a lot as it does the job perfectly!

This pencil sharpener is one smooth operater, it gets all my pencils nice and sharp with ease. It's cased which is very handy, so it catches all the shavings and is mess and fuss free.

I'm extremely happy with this sharpener, if it broke i'd definitely replace it, and highly recommend.

I got this Sharpener in the Incredible Eyes box recently. The first thing I tried in this box is this pencil Sharpener. Out of all my beauty purchases a sharpener is normally the last thing I would remember to purchase. So when I saw it in this box I was excited to try this one.

This sharpener is made out of plastic. It has two holes one for small pencils and one for jumbo pencils. The labelling on this is on the top with manicare branding imprinted on this see through window.

I sharpened all my eye liners and lip pencils effortlessly with this. Even my difficult to sharpen pencils like Colourpop glided through it. I was surprised. I can finally sharpen my jumbo lip pencils now.

I thought this sharpener was a good addition to the beauty box. It's priced fairly for a make up tool. All my pencils are sharp now. I would buy this again because I have been needing a sharpener for jumbo pencils as well as small.

With it's great design of two sized sharpeners, clear shaving lid, this sharpener is a must have for anyone with eyeliners (or any other pencil). it is easy to use, and easy to empty. Keeping these pencils sharp, makes for better application, so it is great to have a sharpener, that just keeps sharpening.

Does they job. I like that it catches the shavings so there is no mess. Also, the sharpener has stayed sharp so far which is nice. It seems like it will last. Solid sharpener overall
