I got two lipliner pencils for $0.99 USD. I bought it from beautyjoint when it was on special. It is quite a bit longer than your regular liners. I bought a red and a bright pink one (berry red and fuschia i think). You have to sharpen this pencils. Any regular sharpner would do. Went on creamy and my lipstck didnt bleed and made it longerlasting. I grew up with w&w products so I like this. The only problem is that the outside color of the pencil and the product were both similiar with each other i.e i have to read their names evertime i use it to distinguise them from each other.

I bought the shade Fab Fuchsia (E664C) from Farmers. It's a pencil lip liner that requires sharpening. It's a beautiful pink shade and I bought it to match a lipstick.
I exfoliated my lips before outline my lips. I was amazed with how smooth and gentle it felt on my lips. It was also highly pigmented. It was easy to outline with it and go over couple of times with it as I have dark lips. I then followed with a lipstick of a similar shade.
This lip liner is very affordable and it didn't break whenever I sharpened it. I recommend it to anyone on a budget.
Tips: Exfoliate lips before outlining the lips.
This lip liner is incredibly cheap. I bought it as my first lip liner because I didn’t know what I wanted or if I wanted a lip liner at all, so I went with the cheapest possible option. Although it’s not super creamy and it doesn’t really ‘glide’ on like some others, it is exactly what it says it is: a lip pencil. It provides good pigment and is very long so I don’t think I’ll ever run out! It definitely needs sharpening a lot though.
Brought this from Farmers for under $5. This is incredibly affordable compared to other brands given the amount of product you get. The formula itself is just okay, lines the lips okay but too dry to fill in the whole lip.
Tips: You need a sharpener.
Purchased a couple of these in a haul earlier this year. These liners are longer than other lipliners I have seen.Pencil liners, they do need sharpening. As a lipliner it does work, its easy to use. I prefer a creamy formula so not fond of this penciul variety. Compared to other brands I prefer my Essence ones over these. I will finish the ones I have but will not be repurchasing.
