Wet n Wild Mega Length Waterproof Mascara Review

I loved this mascara especially for the price of it! This is one that o would not only repurchase for myself but also for my teenage daughter its not going to break the bank the formula is great hold curl nicely not clumpy at all, I actually prefer the one that's not waterproof but they are both fantastic. Definitely recomend!

I bought this at Countdown, having read no reviews prior. A bit of a risk but it was cheap so thought I'd give it a whirl. I always buy mascara with a skinny plastic toothed brush - this is one of those. I like a defined and non clumped look, and this does the trick. Other reviews say this is very wet or didn't dry, I don't find it worse than any others I've tried. I prefer that it doesn't dry straight away as it gives me time to add a few coats and tweak the recalcitrant lashes that are trying to stick together. It stayed on through a shower when I forgot to take my makeup off prior, and needs waterproof makeup remover to be removed. It's good, as good as any other mascara I've given a favourable review for, and I'll keep buying it as long as it's conveniently located at the supermarket or the mall.

Purchased from countdown because it was cheap and im always looking for a better mascara then the one I'm using at the time. It didn't give length or volume, more a tint, so good for a natural look.

I’m constantly on the hunt for a mascara that doesn’t end up making me have black raccoon under eyes or gritty flakes under my eyes and I finally found it! I have dozens of mascaras that have only been used a couple of times because they failed! I thought I would try this one because at $7.00 who cares if I try it once and bin it right? It’s got a great bright purple tube and I’m a sucker for bright packaging. I go for waterproof mascara these days because people have recommended that for less smudge. The brush is this and tiny which I loved because it just made it so easy to coat my lashes not my whole face. I wouldn’t say it was super lengthening but I have reasonable length lashes anyway. It only takes 1 coat, maybe more would lengthen but I don’t feel confident in super dramatic eyelashes/makeup. No raccoon eyes at all, even after an afternoon nap! There is a downside though - the formula is super wet so you need to be super careful to let it dry properly or you might blink it all over the eye area! All in all though I really love this product!

I brought this mascara to use while I was on holiday in Fiji after reading some reviews about its staying power and well it definitely didn’t disappoint me there.

I didn’t find it increased the length of my lashes but definitely coated them well. The brush doesn’t work well with this formula as you need to to be able to brush them out as it’s quite a runny wet formula that coats the lashes well but cause of this can clump easily.

If your looking for an affordable mascara that has amazing waterproof power than this is a go to for sure. If you are wanting length than I suggest something else.

I always love a lengthening mascara. Volumising ones don't do enough for my lashes so I need heaps of length. I compare EVERY mascara to my WNW Lash Renegade, and this one disappointed me. It worked great on my right eye since my lashes are nicely placed and also pretty long. But on my left eye it looked awful and the formula is wet so it went everywhere. I had to comb through my lashes with a different wand because too much product was applied even though I was trying not to apply much.

It wore great throughout the day but I then realised I got the waterproof one instead of the normal, which is what it was marked as at Farmers. I don't like waterproof because its hard to take off. I ended up just sleeping with it on and going to work the next day like that because it didn't move on my eyes at all, my eyelashes still looked exactly the same.

I would recommend this mascara if your eyelashes are the same on both eyes but if they're not it will look very weird and you'll have to use two different mascaras.
