Purchased this for my daughter to have a go with contouring and highlighting. It's easy to blend and the colour was good for her contouring but the highlighter needs a bit more of glow it's a bit flat and chalky.

There’s one make up step that I love doing and that’s contouring . I love how it gives definition to a face . I’ve hit pan on my colour pop pallette in my contouring shade . I think it won’t be long before it’s done. I picked this up as a replacement for that shade.
Packaging nothing special here basic . Consistency is very powdery with lots of fall out . That doesn’t bother me though. This contour shade blends out perfectly along my cheekbones and forehead. I build the colour out by blending over and over . I like to use the lighter shade to set my under eye area .
Overall it’s what you would expect for a drugstore brand . I’ll keep using this one every day for work and see how it goes.
This was included in a pack of Wet N Wild products I bought at a Women’s Expo. It’s easy to use because of the big pan size and being Wet n Wild it’s definitely affordable. I just couldn’t get it to blend properly. I tried it under foundation and over and it just ended up looking patchy even when I used the pale shade around the edges. I wouldn’t buy this product again but it might be nice (mainly because it is so affordable) for someone just starting out with makeup or it could be used as a bronzer on darker skin tones.
I wasn't super impressed by this contouring palette but it's because I have better contouring palettes to choose from. There was a lot of fallout, the shade wasn't anything fabulous on my very fair skin tone (the highlight shade was darker than my skintone LOL) and also it does not stay for long. You will need to reapply this as the day goes on, especially if you get sweaty easy. On the plus, it didn't irrittate my skin, it blended into my makeup fairly easily it wasn't cakey the powder is milled quite thin and the contour shade is a pretty neutral brown that suits many skin colors. I will use this contouring palette until I hit pan, just because I don't like wasting makeup.. however I would not repurchase.
This was my first contouring palette, I've always been a bit scared to try contouring, but I thought that it was a great price to start experimenting! The formulation goes on quite sheer which is good if you've made a mistake, and it's easy enough to intensify. It has a very powdered finish, so if you're not a fan of the floury look, use a dewy setting spray afterwards. I use the lighter shade a lot, to set eyelid concealer as well as a subtle highlighter. It's an easy buy for the price!
Tips: Use a creamy foundation first and a setting spray afterwards to help minimise the dusty finish
I stumbled across wet n wild at Farmers in early 2018 (spoiler alert their brushes are between $3-$8) and thought I'd give this a go. I think it cost around $12. For starters it's rather large, so I don't see it running out in a very long time. It's probably 8-10 cm in diameter and half contour half highlight.
Its a light powder that makes it very easy to build the colour and it's quite forgiving so that If you accidentally put it on too dark, you can buff it out very easily.
I would consider this to be a very warm shaded palette so it suits me well.
The only issue I have is that I find it quite difficult to open and have to use both hands, this could just be the particular one I have or it could be product related.
Otherwise a very great product of you're just starting out
Tips: A contour brush (one that it's fluffy but also thin and tapered) is helpful for applying, and there is a wet n wild contour brush for around $5 if you don't already have one
Economically speaking I love this palette, it's affordable and lasts forever! I bought this last year and it's still going strong. The quality is obviously not on-par with highend brands, but it does its job. I like how forgiving and blendable it is. Though because my skin has a neutral undertone, so if I go a little heavy handed I end up looking like an orange.
Tips: Suits warm tone skin best
Got this in my pack at the womans lifestyle expo. I liked the look of it. Its nice and big i strugled a lot to get it open. It flakes quite a lot that i dont like but it wens on my face very smoothly the colour were darkee than i thought so i put on too much but it belnded very nice so it didnt looked like to mich at the end. I colour works well with my skin and it belnds very well ( i blended it with my powder brush)
Tips: Start off with just a little bit whe colour is darker on tour skin than it looks on the pallet
This was the first bronzer I purchased when I first started to get into makeup. It has a nice colour, wasn't too pigmented and blended well onto the skin. Budget-friendly price point. The compact is quite round and large so keep in mind how you're wanting to store it.
I use this most days for contouring but I am still searching for something I like more. Quite powdery and although the colour is good and cool toned, it doesn’t seem to have much colour pay off on the skin so I go over it with my bronzer
