I originally purchased this to use as my setting powder, however since using it I can see how it gives buildable coverage to my sheer to medium coverage liquid foundation. What I like about this product is the fact that it's a pressed mineral foundation. Next is the buildable coverage. Finally is the fact that it doesn't slip or make my face look cakey or oily I purchased the shade G40, this brand has an extensive shade range with very good descriptiive details, however as mentioned I purchased this as a setting powder. I don't know why, I didn't just purchase their setting powder, but this works in my favour during the cooler months because it's not a bad shade match, for summer it'd pass as a setting powder, fact being that I tan quite a lot during summer. It comes in a dual compact, meaning the top part clasps open with a mirror and product in that part and underneath houses the puff that comes with the compact. All clasping together firmly & not flimsy The packaging is sturdy and very sleek with simple branding on the top side. The colour of the casing is a charcoal grey black with white speckles thru it. Performance wise, this does perform to standard and holds up as a setting powder I like to use it over my sheer luminous liquid foundations, and using it on top of a matte foundation doesn't clash either. I found that using this on top of matte & poreless by Maybelline,it gives a nice effect & complement's the foundation. Maybelline can cling to some dry parts of the skin, but once applying this on top it smooths out that patchyness created by the liquid, looking seamless or flawless & doesn't exaggerate any flaws on my skin, being that it's a bit of layering adding this mineral foundation on top of a liquid foundation. I use the xobeauty round buffing face brush & find it complement's the product. I would continue to purchase this product and may look at using it without liquid underneath,in future especially in summer as I can see it giving me some coverage without the cake face. I have tried better liked baked mineral foundation which I really like. I would recommend this for those users that are new or who are looking for a build able coverage without the hassle of liquid or mineral that get messy and can become cakey.

I am in love with this product, I wear it almost every day, every time I wear makeup.
The packaging looks sophisticated and is of high quality, it is a dark charcoal grey with simple text on the top. It travels in my every day makeup bag and I've never had an issue. I apply with a brush but it does come with it's own sponge which sits in the compact and is great for quick touch ups, also a mirror in the compact.
The formula is a pressed powder, its silky smooth, buildable and applies easily. I use it in a multitude of ways! For everyday I apply it by itself, no foundation underneath - it provides good natural and subtle coverage like this and evens out skin tone. For slightly more coverage I apply over BB cream and for an occasion makeup I apply over foundation, this gives a really full coverage and it works fantastic as a setting powder.
It really stands up to the claim 'oil absorbing '. It takes away shine really well, I love touching up for this during the day. It also does not feel heavy or cakey.
I have nothing bad to say about this product, a fantastic multi tool!
Tips: I like using a brush for a quick even coverage
