Pantene Moisture Renewal Shampoo Review

The last time I used Pantene would have been well over 10 years ago. I can't remember the reason why I stopped using it, but after trialling this for a week my hair is soft and silky again. Previous to the trial my hair was on the frizzy dry side even after a recent haircut. But Pantene you have calmed my mornings with beautiful long, non frizzy, no fuss hair. The bottles are easy to open and a good size for the shower caddy. The shampoo also smells nice and fresh its not over powering just giving out a nice soft scent that I can smell in my hair all day. Pantene will definitely be my go to shampoo from now on.

I've always suffered with dry straw like hair due to dying my hair so much while I was younger. Even after the first time using this shampoo and conditioner, my hair felt and looked softer and more hydrated than it has in years!! And just keeps getting better each time I use it. Smells divine too!

I have been using salon shampoos for a while, so I was a little apprehensive about what this shampoo would be like as a RRP of $8.99 is about a quarter of what I pay at the hairdresser for products.

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised and I loved the way this shampoo made my hair feel so clean and smooth. You don't need to use much - it has a thick consistency that lathered up well for the first wash and really well for the second wash.

It has a lovely fragrance that lingers for at least a day but it is not over-powering.

I would definitely recommend that my friends and family try this shampoo - such great value for money!

Haven't used Pantene in a few years. Pleasently surprised, hair feels great, soft and shinny. After a few rounds of ombré my ends were dry and fuzzy. I have noticed an improvment since starting to use this. Nice fragrance. Lathers well and easy to wash out. Would buy again and recommend to others.

I approached the shower with glee as I was excited to be trialling a product I had not used before. In fact, it's been many years since I have used any Pantene products. I purposely left my hair for a few days from the previous wash and as I had been in the garden and mowing lawns, I can assure you, by the time I used this product my hair was in a very ready state for some pampering. And pampering it was...from the moment I opened the shampoo bottle and caught a whiff of the fragrance I knew this shower was going to seem more luxurious than normal. The shampoo folded out of the bottle like glossy silk and although my hair was, as mentioned, rather dirty I noticed I needed less shampoo than normal for the first wash. It retained the "bubbles" without being too excessive but enough to feel the initial shampoo was lifting the dirt and oils. The second shampoo I, of course, needed to use slightly less and noticed when rinsing that it rinsed out very easily and although it squeaked to show it was clean and well rinsed, it wasn't a "screechy" squeak indicating too many natural oils had been washed away. Even though I have a lot of hair, my hair itself is very fine so I knew I would not need to use a large amount of conditioner. The small amount I used was enough to easily detangle my hair and left it feeling silky and smooth, and best of all natural. Not gluggy at all like some products can do. I also noticed that once my hair was dry it tended to be less fly-away than normal. And the fragrance...every time I moved my head I would catch a whiff of the lovely fragrance...a nice reminder of a lovely experience!! As the review samples were only small....I can assure you when the current shampoo & conditioner I have been using runs out I will seriously consider purchasing this product.

This shampoo and conditioner has a good smell (if you are picky with your shampoo and conditioner smell like me), has a good consistency, and a little goes a long way even on my hair. i have medium length hair that is fine, but there's a lot of it so trying to keep my hair not frizzy yet full of life is hard. however since i have used this product my hair is less frizzy and it has its curls and volume back. for the conditioner I comb it through with my fingers and keep it on (like 2-3 minutes), and rinse. This is the best feeling conditioner I've ever used in my 19 years of life, It's like silk. The best part the feeling doesn't wear off right after the wash its still there till the next time you wash your hair. My hair is so soft and moisturized and I'm totally in love with this product.

I used to use Pantene shampoo many years ago, so was quite excited to try out their new range. The packaging is quite classy, white and gold , and will grace any bathroom. The smell is very subtle and decidedly average. No excitement there. The shampoo is quite creamy and doesn't take much to work up a good lather. It made my hair feel velvety rather than satiny, so I was a little disappointed. It looked quite nice when it was dry, though. But not great.

I enjoyed trialling this product, I do often use Pantene as my hair care product anyway and this new version was great. The shampoo is really creamy, smells nice and lathers well. The conditioner is a good consistency and doesn't slip between your fingers, but I did tend to use more than I normally would My hair felt lovely, clean and soft and still felt/looked soft & clean on day 2.

It has been a long time since I trusted Pantene on my curly, lightened mind of its own hair but I am glad I gave it a second chance. With its amazing lather this shampoo made my hair smell amazing and left it feeling rejuvenated and light and oh so clean and repaired.

Although Pantene isn't my "Go to" choice for hair care I was impressed by these products, They both (shampoo and conditioner) had a really nice smell, the texture of the shampoo was quite thick with a nice shimmer to it, I didn't need much of the shampoo at all to make a lather. After conditioning and blow drying I definitely noticed how clean light and smooth it left my hair feeling, I would definitely use this product regularly and recommend it to friends and family as I was thoroughly impressed :)
