Pantene Moisture Renewal Shampoo Review

I was excited to try this shampoo as my hair is very dry and hard to control. Comes in a nice white plastic container with easy to read writing. It has a rather strange smell, not unpleasant but not a nice smell either. You don't need much shampoo as it goes a long way. Lathers up really well and easy to rinse off. I used it with the matching conditioner that made my hair easy to comb afterwards. My hair feels very soft and shiny but still has the dry flyaway ends. I feel that it is harder to straighten and feels quite fuzzy. I tried using my normal hair product after towel drying and it still feels a little hard to control. Maybe my hair is just too damaged and dry or maybe I just need to use it longer.

I am defiantly not one for using supermarket brand shampoos and conditioners so I was quite intrigued by this new Shampoo and Conditioner by Pantene as this was my go to brand before I converted to salon brands.

I must admit the smell of this product is amazing and my hair definitely felt clean after using it just the once (I use salon brands 2 times when shampooing)

You only need a minimal amount of this product as it spreads easily so it will last a long time.

The conditioner made my hair feel very silky when washing and I left this in for at least 3 minutes before rinsing.

I left my hair to air dry so I cold see the finish. It wasn't tangly and I had no fly aways! this is a hard result for me to get so I was surprise/impressed!

All in all this was a great product and will definitely be my go to when purchasing from the super market.

The first thing I noticed was the smell, really refreshing and summery. The Shampoo made a good lather and didn’t seem to dry my hair out as much as other supermarket shampoos. I personally use Salon brands and I would say the Pantene moisture renewal was surprisingly good. I would purchase this product, especially in the upcoming summer months where I need to wash my hair on a daily basis after being at the beach. My hair is very dry, but this kept it feeling soft.

After almost leaving my trial at work over the weekend I went in specially to pick it up and make sure I could really give it a go.

While in the shower the Shampoo and Conditioner both smelt amazing, if a little thicker than I am used to. The Shampoo lathered up really well and once washed out my hair didn't feel too dry as it sometimes can.

I liked the feeling of the conditioner and it went really far with only a small amount but I did find that once washing it out my hair still felt a little soapy. I persevered, washed my hair again and then once hopping out let my hair dry naturally.

Upon it being dry I found that the buildup I used to experience with hydrating shampoo and conditioner was gone. My hair still felt super hydrated and didn't knot as much. In fact it felt silky smooth. I definitely like this product and would be totally happy to use it again, I've already recommended it to 3 friends who all have quite dry and damaged hair.

Many years ago I was a pantene girl, I wouldn't use any other shampoo - ever! Then I noticed that my hair was no longer coming out of each wash looking as good as usual and I decided that it must have been because I had been using the same product for so long, so I switched to other brands but for some reason never really found my way to Pantene......until now that is! After the first time using the Pantene Pro-V Daily Moisture Renewal Shampoo I found my hair was feeling nicer than it had in a little while. Over the next few days I noticed that each time I washed my hair it seemed to feel softer and looked smoother.

I found the bottle (and the bottle for the conditioner) were easy to open - which is a huge bonus when it comes to bottles which you need to open with wet hands!, and the sat really well on my shower shelf. The slight fragrance was very pleasant also.

I can totally see myself becoming a Pantene girl again!

I was quite excited about using Pantene again. Especially after using the old forumla on my hair and hating it. Well I still don't like it. It feels so lifeless, has a little bit of shine but nothing to make me go ooooo I like. But worst of all it feels dry and stringy. I like the texture of the shampoo. I did feel like it was cleaning my hair but wondered if it was stripping away all the good stuff too. Overall I am not keen on the product.

After washing my hair twice with this product it really made a difference. I've had dry damaged hair for sometime now. I have been trying a couple of different brand of shampoos and conditioner and nothing have worked. This product have definitely made my hair feel silky and smooth. I would definitely use this product from now on (well once I have finished my current one hehe). So thank you Beauty Review team for letting my try out this product!!! <3

So the other day my Pantene sample finally arrived! The box smelt amazing!!! Anyway, but to my disappointment the product was quite average. Maybe I didn't use the product correctly, I don't know. After I dried my hair, the product made my hair slightly rough and coarse. Aside from that though, it made my hair smell really nice (only for a day though). Thanks, but no thanks Pantene. I'll stick to dove for now.
