Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant

This product is ideal to use if you have sensitive skin as its super gentle, you can feel a slight tingle as it starts to work. It leaves the skin soft and smooth. However, if you are not sensitive I wouldnt use it I would go for something that will penetrate deeper and lift off the dry dead skin cells on the surface (same with blackheads)

I got this product in a gift bag and so I have the small container of this (13g). This was my first time using this sort of powder exfoliator. It came in a screw top lid and you can just sprinkle it out into your hand and add a small amount of water to make it into a paste and apply to face, massage for 1 minute then rinse. I found for my skin I would only use this product at night as I would use something more gentle in the mornings. The smell for this product I found it was pretty strong like chemicals. It did leave my skin feeling nice and smooth afterwards. The amount I got in this small container (13g) it has lasted me a few weeks and I still have a lot of product left. Overall a nice exfoliator to use on the daily specially after a long day of wearing makeup.

I found Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant to be one of the best exfoliating products on the market. It was gentle on my sensitive skin and left my face feeling soft and smooth. My only problem with this product is the price tag - out of the price range of everyday people.

It comes in a cute little pot like a pepper shaker.

I had to read the instructions because I'd never used a powdered microfoliant before and didn't really know what one was!

So, I shake the product into my hand after cleansing, rub together to lather, and wash around my face with it. It lathers quite well. The beads are small and sparse, so it doesn't irritate, but gently exfoliates.

I like the smell, subtle but minty fresh.

After use, my skin feels clean and soft with no sensitivity, and no dryness. It is certainly gentle enough to use every day, as it says in the blurb. It also says it will leave skin clear and refreshed, and I feel it does this rather well.

I'm not sure I would purchase it at $30 for 13g, but it is a good product and I'm glad I have some, so maybe I would! I would certainly recommend it as an exfoliant and brightener to anyone with sensitive skin.

This stuff was like heaven on the skin, made skin feel polished . Only problem was if water got into the container it went like clay. Pricey.

I think this is a pretty good product, but not for every day use. Maybe once or twice a week max as it can make my skin feel a bit tight and dried out. It is a very gentle in terms of exfoliation and I think it could be a little 'grittier'. It also comes with a pretty hefty price tag! I do definitely like having this in my cupboard though!

Love the whole product range dermalogica is great! the exfoliant isn't harsh and leaves the skin feeling soft smooth and not irritated

I love the whole brand! Fist of all you get alot of product for the price. It comes in powder form and you mix with water to form a paste. It has salicylic acid which helps break down the dead skins cells and wash those nasties away! It says daily but for myself who has a sensitive skin i only would use 2-3 times a week. its a nice finely milled exfoliator so its not too rough on the skin it just lightly exfoliates dead skin off and leaves your face feeling nice re freshed and clean

The product worked well once water was added. However I found it a pain to mix up, and I didn't like having to store it away from the shower. It was good it wasn't too harsh on the skin.
