Ok so i've used this serum many many times till the bottle runs dry! I really love the it does what the bottle says, which for me are hard to find. I am hair obsessed and always finding and trying products to keep my hair healthy. This serum is perfect to apply after using a heating appliance e.g straightners to asd that extra shine too and your hair feels so soft afterwards :) Definitely one of my top 5 on the hair care products.

Tips: A little goes a long way..you wont need alot of product for your hair, which is great as it lasts longer! Bliss x
I received this in a pack a while back which also included the shampoo & conditioner and have been using it every so often since then when my hair is in need of some extra nourishment.
I apply a little squirt of the oil to freshly washed (and sometimes straightened) hair and it has a great effect. It makes my hair look much more healthy and less dry. I love the way it "calms down" flyaways!
I find it very easy to use, smells nice, and super long lasting.
Tips: I recommend this to those who have dry & damaged hair.
I like how compact and simple the design is of this product, it states what it does and you can see the product through the bottle which is always nice.
I like the smell because it is not overpowering and has a nice fragrance that lingers on your hair without causing a migraine.
I like the consistency of the product as well it felt nice and smooth going on my hand and not sticky at all.
It didn't feel heavy on my hair and absorbed in straight away but I found that I had to use alot of the product to make a difference.
The product didn't last me very long and my hair feels a little bit smoother but I feel as though it wasn't very noticeable.
For price I think it was quite reasonable, I got my one on sale from the Warehouse for $6.
Lots ofkpeople are keen on this oil. It's not one of the best I've tried though. I have super dry hair and need extra moisture this didn't hold up to others I've tried.
Well I need hair products, I have longish hair, hair with age, 50% grey and it's lightened and I blow dry and straighten it then proceed to tie it up in quite a high hard pulled back ponytail. I also wash it every day.
I am very mean and even nasty to my hair I would say I'm lucky to still have it on my head. But in my favour I use lovely hair masks and try so many hair products.
Well it says that hair needs more than moisture it needs esentuial nutrients to smooth and shine, so this serum is full of coconut and almond oils that are absorbed by the hair doesn't sit on top and leave your hair greasy.
Ok so a lovely tube shape plastic bottle, you can see the yellow dewy coloured serum,it is quite a nice feeling oil, has quite a strong nearly jasmine sent to it.
So freshly washed slightly damp hair I work four or five squirts of it through my hair starting at the ends, I sort of massage it in, work the serum into it. I also put a we bit on when my hair is dry. It says use it every day. It doesn't weigh my hair down but my hair doesn't get a shine with it but it does help contain the frizz, I don't feel like my hair is conditioned anymore for using it. So not so much nourishing going on for my hair.
For a supermarket product it's ok.
Tips: I would say work it through the ends of you hair when your hair is damp. Let your hair decide the amount you should use.
this hair oil is the first i have tried, first time i used it i put it through dry hair and it definitely helped with the frizz but my hair felt quite heavy afterwards but when i used it through wet hair it seemed to do more and leave my hair shiny. not sure Im sold on it more but i will come back and update after i use it some more
I got given this as a gift and was pretty eager to try it as i have really dry and damaged hair from a year of straightening every day (bad idea!! Proud to say my hair is completely heat free now) However when i used it i was somewhat disapointed... First of all the smell is just too strong! There is a fine line between smelling nice and just wayyyy too much!! The smell is just overpowering and i found myself getting a headache from the oil being on my hair. Not good! Next is the fact that the oil itself is just really heavy and has the tendency too look quite greasy in your hair. This oil is reasonably priced but it just did not live up to my expectations! There are far better alternatives in my opinion. For example the wella enrich or wella finish oils are both nicely fragrenced but not too strongly and they both work great. Sorry Dove but it's just not for me.
Tips: Try other oils on the market. Perhaps the Wella range as i mentioned before or maybe even Morrocan Argon Oil if you are willing to pay that much. That stuff is well worth it's weight in gold.
My hair is fine and oily, but dry and damaged at the ends. This doesn’t suit my hair at all. I only applied the oil on the ends of my hair, but somehow it looked like I haven’t washed my hair in weeks. Might suit someone with thick dry hair.
Tips: Avoid if you have fine oily hair
My head of hair is an interesting mop! With the right products it looks fabulous.. With products that don't agree.. Well quite frankly I look like a crazy lady who has stuck her finger in a light socket.
I have long mermaid wave hair.. Prone to a lil bit of dryness and can get a little bit wild with frizz!
I was very grateful to receive this as a gift and very excited to use it based on claims. I had a friend that actually told me this was an affordable substitute for Argan oil.. At the time being new to Argan oil and recently purchasing Hask I was so excited to have this big bottle in my possession..
Unfortunately I am not a fan and my hair HATED this product.
First test was air drying.. I am a huge fan of this and with Argan oil have no problem combing it through and letting it dry.. This did absolutely nothing for my hair and if anything it dried it out and made it dryer and more unruly than ever before.. My hair literally felt disgusting. The ends were looking tatty and seriously moisture deprived, my hair was frizzy and I literally looked like I don't take care of my hair. You wouldn't have believed I had product in my hair.. Especially one which makes claims like this one does!
The result with blow drying right after towel drying and applying was no better.. My hair had fly-aways, frizz and looked extremely dry.
Not for me.. I don't get what the fuss is about and I genuinely don't believe the claims. Perhaps I had a bad batch? My hair isn't THAT hard to please. Was seriously let down!
Tips: If you have hair like mine as described above.. I would recommend sticking with Argan oil!
Perfect for a girl on a budget. I bought this product the day after I saw it advertised on tv. I've been using it on and off for months now. My hair is long and I wash it every day. This serum/oil is lightweight enough to use every day if you have drier hair. Normally I use it once or twice a week, but in winter my ends get quite dry with the wind so I'll quite often use it every other day. It doesnt calm my frizzies as much as I had hoped it would but it does make my hair look and feel so soft especially if I use it 2-3 days in a row my hairties end up sliding out! Its that soft and smooth!
Tips: Apply to damp hair and smooth from the mid-lengths through to the ends. If you have time, loosely twist your hair into a bun and wrap a little glad wrap around your hair. Leave wrapped for 10-15mins before styling for more moisturized ends.
