I have used this product on and off for over 5 years. I seem to always buy it on sale and forget why I don't use it. Don't get me wrong it does what it says (by giving you a gradual tan) but putting it on alone is a mission. Rubbing it in then waiting for it to dry is worse than watching paint dry because depending on where you've applied it (usually everywhere) you have to stand around naked waiting too. And forget trying to wear tight fitting clothes or white clothes either.i can tell when you have applied it and its not dry yet as its tacky feeling on my skin. And even after its dried and 'soaked in' I still find it being sticky feeling. ld much rather use a spray on or go get it done professionally.

Tips: Be prepared to wait a long time for it to dry on your skin.
This product is great if you want to build a subtle summer glow if you're too afraid to use awkward to use sprays or don't want to damage your skin in the sun. The cream form helps with an even application, therefore an even tan and you can apply a little or a lot depending on how dark you want to get. Only downfall for me, is the strong scent, staying in your clothing and sheets.
Tips: Wash hands after use and scrub around ankles to minimise unwanted dark blotching.
i bought this at the supermarket. the words summer glow had me curious, and i usually like dove. its a good brand.
the smell is quite nice, i really only use this on my legs though so its not too noticeable. the lotion is off white but when it dries on the lid its brown.
it is a very gradual tanner, but you have to use it every day to get any coloring out of it. it rubs in easily. it took too long to make me look tanned but i felt like my legs were more moisturized.
I purchased this knowing it was a ‘tinted moisturiser’ hoping it would make my legs look tanner. It takes about a day for it to make your legs look darker after putting it on and if you rub it in properly you don’t get streaks or blotchy patches which I like. It has an okay smell to it so I will use it again if I need too.
Tips: Put a decent amount on and make sure you rub it in properly by you ankles and especially at the back of your knees
I have uneven skin tone all the time. I'm always well tanned on my legs and arms but never my whole body. Pretty much my first time using this in lotion form.
Comes in a decent sized bottle; had my bottle for a few weeks. Feels more like a runny lotion with intense scent of shea butter. Dries down in a few minutes. No streaks which is a plus. No spills onto clothing either. That is my pet hate about tanners is the mess it leaves on clothing.
Overall middle of the road product nothing great here but gives you hydration. I wouldn't call it a summer glow as such through. Might need to reword the name I think. Like summer hydration tanning tint or something like that.
Sick of looking at my white legs so I wanted something light and natural to give just a slight tan. Nothing too obvious or high maintenance. This did the trick in that regard. Pros- light tan, looks natural, no streaks, can apply with hands risk free, big bottle for cheap price. Cons - never truly dries, I stuck to the leather couch, I smell like developing tan all day. There are much better gradual tans out there. This one does the trick by looking great but the smell and greasyness is not ideal.
Tips: Don't bother getting this one. Try bondi gradual milk.
This product is 50/50 for me. It was nice as a lotion, had quite a velvety smooth texture and moisturised a lot, and smelt quite nice, but when they say gradual tan, they really mean gradual. I used this consistently for about two months and saw almost no noticeable change in colour. If your looking for a tanning lotion, this is not for you, however great as a general use lotion still!
Tips: Still be careful to wash your hands every time you use it!
This product is quite handy, especially if you don't tan. Only thing I found is you can defiantly see where you used a little but more because it came out darker, almost streaky in places. On my legs which are lily white, I found make my legs look quite yellow.
Tips: Best put in after a shower
This lotion was nice and hydrating, the gradual tan was also quite subtle and nice, but I cannot get past the awful smell!! It's fine when you apply, but the next day it's like this weird B.O smell. I've tried a couple of different tanning moisturisers and they do seem to smell this way. I don't get that with my sugar baby, so I'll stick with that. I'd rather have a separate moisturiser which I don't need to rinse off my hands.
I do like this product, and it is one I have been using for many years now. I used to use it all the time when I was at high school, to give me a natural looking glow during the summer when we had to wear skirts. However, I did feel that this could often go quite yellowish on my legs and around my ankles and feet. I suppose I could have been using it too much or something, but it was quite ugly. I still use this product every once and a while. I also do not love the smell, but it is not too overly pungent.
