Love the glow that it left on my skin! Not a product to be used everyday but every 2nd day will be fine. It's also great to use on your face but make sure to wash your hands straight after...

Tips: Use it straight after your shower. And also great to top up an existing spray tan!
I have super pale skin, especially my legs, I was recommended this product as there is one for us fair skin ladies, I used it every 2days as I was terrified of going orange, it was working ok for the first 2 or 3 applications, then I went orange and streaky, maybe it is just my skin, but was kinda gutted with the result
Since moving to NZ I've learnt to be more sensible in the sun. However my rather pale Irish skin has in the past resulted in me covering up so not to cause too much glare! Dove Summer Glow gives me the confidence to wear slightly shorter shorts and sleeveless tops. It's easy to apply, and doesn't have that awful fake tan smell. It looks natural and I have received many compliments about my "tan".
Tips: Just apply it like moisturizer and don't forget to wash your hands properly. Oh and don't think baby wipes will do the job... they don't!
I use this in between tan days, it makes my tan last longer and moisturises my skin so incredibly well. I'm not a huge fan of the fragrance, but its not offensive, just that tan smell. Comes in a huge bottle which lasts me a few months. It takes a while to sink into the skin, so not great when putting on skinny jeans straight after applying, so I prefer to pop this on in the evening before bed.
Tips: Sounds silly but blast your skin with a hairdryer to get the moisturiser to dry quicker if you are in a hurry!
I found this gradual tanner the only one that didnt make go orange. I dont really like the smell, but i found it quite nice that it was a moisturiser more than a Tanner. I do like the fact that it actually helps maintain the tan of my other Tanner i use. And one bottle has lasted me nearly 8 months so totally worth the $$
Tips: dont forget to do between your toes!!!
I am quite pale so i use all sorts of fake tanning products to try and tan up abit! The first 2-3 applications of this was perfect I didn't go as orange as I usually do! But after those days I started to go orange and my legs became streaky...I didn't change the method of application or the amount at all. I was a bit disappointing as it had such a great result in the beginning! But when my mum used it she had fantastic results! So it just depends on your skin type.
Tips: EXFOLIATE EXFOLIATE EXFOLIATE! ♥
I really really love this product! Its pretty much the only body moisturiser I use... Killing two birds with one stone is big in my books: Moisturiser + tan. woohoo
Nice sleek bottle, pleasant smell that does not leave you with that fake tan smell. The tan is a lovely natural golden colour which I get compliments on often. As I use this daily I make sure i have scrub my body so does not get orangey and built up especially around my ankles, wrists and elbows.
One of my favourite things about Dove Summer Glow is the price! I just grab it from Countdown when doing the Supermarket shopping!
I would recommend this to anyone wanting a light gradual tan.
Tips: Make sure you scrub your body before use and wash your hands after application, do not forget in between your fingers!
It's okay. There are better self tanners/ moisturizers out there though. It's good value for it's price but i'd rather pay a bit more for something better. I personally like the St Moriz self tanner mousse, it's easy to use and doesn't leave you looking blotchy and orange, it's build-able and goes more bronze than orange based. Using this product constantly for a week or so doesn't leave a nice even tan, but it's better than being pasty white in my opinion.
Love this product. I used it most days after showering & it gradually built a light tan. My skin felt soft & smooth afterwards & i actually really like the smell! Will definitely use again over the summer.
Tips: Exfoliate when showering & apply the moisturiser straight after the shower to lock in moisture & get the best coverage. Be careful if you have used a razor to shave though...can get a bit stingy!!
Dove Summer Glow is great for building up a gradual natural looking tan. You need a few application to get some colour showing so it's not for those wanting instant colour. It is easy to apply and smells better than a lot of fake tans. The cream is moisturising too. I would use it again. I just have to remember to put it on! Dove Summer glow is affordable & good value for money. It's available at most supermarkets too.
Tips: Exfoliate well beforehand, leave to dry completely before dressing & don't forget to wash your hands! For a faster build up of colour, apply morning & evening.
