Dove Summer Glow Review

i always have dove summer glow with me where ever i go ! i always get left with a great natural tan and simply washes off when i need it to i use it daily and never fails !xxx

I really like this product. It absorbs quickly and easily and you don't need to wait as long before getting dressed (like with regular self-tanners). It also is good for people like me that end up either looking orange or streaky as I haven't quite mastered fake tan application yet. It is pretty much impossible to stuff this up! What more could you ask for? It smells a lot better than similar products on the market too.

This moisturiser is great! I used it this year for summer, I'm a bit nervous to use the spray on or instant tans in case they go streaky or I don't get it on evenly, so this product was perfect for me. I have quite fair skin so it didn't take long for the tan to build up to a good colour for me and it didn't go orange at all. I would buy this again, simple and easy for a little bit of colour.

I do love what it does, I only ever use it on my legs and for an olive skinned person, I use the lighter one on my legs and its a very natural colour. But the smell of it is kind of stinky, it smells nice when I apply it, but after a while (I guess when its working) the smell is kind of chemically. But the tip to avoid this is to pop it on 30 mins before bed and you don't get the side effect smell

This is such a lovely moisturiser, as it blends well and it is so forgiving, especially as you can't go wrong. However, because it is so forgiving, this product tends to have very little pigmentation, so the colour does take a while to show up.

I personally think it smells amazing, and makes your body feel so smooth! Honestly there's only one product I like more, and it's the Le Tan Daily Glow moisturiser.

So, a good buy for beginners (like me) who are too scared to try self tan.

It's a great moisturizer and it smells lovely however it's hard for me not to end up with a streaky, uneven result as I can't really see where I'm putting it! The tan that does come through is a lovely shade however.

I used to use this product all the time and it gave me quite a nice natural looking tan! However since then I have moved to other products that give me the same result without having that yucky fake tan smell that this one has. I also found it easy to get streaks with this one but have never experienced streaks with the other products I have used. Not sure if my applying skills have just gotten better though

Like this product to give just a nice light coloring and with frequent use does not turn your legs orange and smell is not unpleasant. Leaves legs nice and soft.

This is a great over the counter/supermarket product, smells lovely and slowly but gradually builds up colour without going orange, but does take some time to start noticing a difference which is great cause you cannot make a mistake

Leaves the skin soft and doesnt leave to much residue on elbows/knees as long as you exfoliate

i didnt really like this product very much i am quite fair so i didnt enjoy applying more and more lotion to get that natural glow look, but it helped keep my skin moisturised also didnt like the smell of it at first it was a nice smell but as the day went on the smell was too strong it gave me a headache also as the day went on i felt all sticky all over. the plus side is it is affoardable and it does give u that natural tanning glow without making a mistake if you have the time to build it up to the look/colour you are trying to achieve
