Dove Summer Glow Review

Gives a really nice gradual tan without being patchy. Also doesn't smell terrible! Good that you can use a little and can stop when you get the colour you want.

The best lotion/tanner to get a subtle all over colour and glow without using a product specifically designed for tanning. I love how easy it is to use and takes absolutely no extra time after showering....just moisturise like usual!

This is a really affordable tanning solution, i used it all throughout summer last year. I like how you can gradually built it up to a darker tan.

I used this stuff for a while...until I realised how orange I was! I have whiter than paper legs (The only part of my body that will not tan), and this tan made "oompa loompa orange" look tame. It look OK for the first application, but then I'd have to wait for it to completely disappear before I applied it again. If I applied it too soon, I'd put an Orange to shame...

I used this religiously a few years ago, but then stopped tanning regularly when i moved to Dunedin...as there was no need to ever get the legs out with it being so cold and all! However, when I did used to use this product I LOVED it. I was reminded of this product when I saw it was available for review on BR and I had this urge to return to using it!. I felt it does just what it says it will. Dove is always known for its moisturizing and creamy products and I felt this was no different, it was really smooth. It provided a nice colour to my legs, not orange or muddy brown, just natural. I also really liked the smell, it wasn't too overpowering. Everything about this product is just right *Those bears and Goldilocks sure would be happy*

i've used this for a few years now and have always been pleased with the results, although a few of my friends who are fairer then me have ended up with it looking very orange on them.

I have used this product for years, fuss free, goes on well and the colour is good. Only downside is the smell, the typical 'fake tan' smell.

I use dove summer glow because I like how easy it is & the color it goes! However the one thing I can't stand about it is the smell haha so if they could change this I would love it!

I feel that this product accentuates your natural skin colour by giving it a nice 'glow'. It does gradually build up but nothing too drastic. I guess that is why I like it so much though. I've never been brave enough to get a spray tan out of fear of being orange so this is a nice alternative. The one thing that I warn you about is that after a few showers or a while in the water it can start to run or glug into spots. I usually get a nice spot of orangey goodness in between my boobs, but that is also due to my lack of exfoliation as well haha. Overall a great product and subtle alternative to spray tanning.

Not sure whether I really love this product or not. I find that I don't really see to much of a difference when I use this alone. Now I tend to use this along with a spray tanning product (at the moment sugarbaby) so as to not over do the spray products.

I do like that this product is not crazy orange tan after one use. I like that it works well in conjunction with another tanning product if you are looking for a quicker tan. I like that it is easy to use and does not come out streaky. I just don't like that it takes a while to build up the tan (...I can be impatient!)
