I picked this up in a Mecca store in Sydney and have loved using it ever since. I have used it sparingly and the only reason I wouldn't repurchase is that it is expensive, and there are other products that do a similar job. However, this has lasted me a while and I do think this is one of the better ones. My hair requires a blow dry and straighten before I venture out in public, so I try and make my washes last in order to avoid admin! Because of this I value a good dry-shampoo/style extender:)
Definitely does what it claims to - I generally use this to give volume and hold to my freshly washed and styled hair - reminds me of some of the drugstore styling powders but without the dry, crispy state these tend to leave the hair in. I also love putting this is day 3,4..5 (don't judge) hair, that I cannot be bothered washing and styling but a still want to wear down or just don't wish to look like I have not washed my hair in a week. Hair looks fresh and textured and doesn't give away my lazy secrets!
I brought the Mini of this Dry Shampoo when I was in Mecca. The cute pink bottle caught my eye! I have a weakness for minis!
I'm currently colouring my hair Magenta Pink so I'm limiting actually washing my hair to once a week (sounds gross but it's not). Pret-a-Powder has saved my life! I can pop this light weight powder into my roots and push out the need to wash by at least 2 days! At first it felt strange just squirting powder into my roots but once I started working it through, it got easier to use and made more sense than a spray (to me anyway). The hole for the powder to come out is small, so it's perfect as you don't end up getting too much out & looking like you dumped flour on yourself. The smell is virtually non existent but what fragrance there is pleasant. It does add volume but not too much on my unruly curls.
Tips: After popping the powder in, work through with finger tips. Give it a good brush or comb after to work out the whiteness. Make sure your hair is 100% dry too!
