I brought this eyebrow kit after watching NZ youtube beauty guru Shaaanxo raving about it being one of the best eyebrow kit she has ever used. I purchased mine online for the mere price of $4.83 in the shade dark. It comes with both a powder and a gel, but I have found after months of use that I prefer using just the gel. I found the powder gave a over the top look, that I didn't really want as it caused my brows to be too defined. The gel I find gives a more natural defined look, which lasts all day. Other people who I have talked to also find that the gel is better to use than the powder and that mostly the powder is untouched. Despite the fact the some people (myself included) do not like the powder, the kit does last for ages and at such a low price this makes it an essential item in my daily makeup.

This such a great product, especially for the price! The wax is awesome for holding hairs in place and filling in the brows - and for days I want something a bit more natural and lighter looking I use the powder side.
Tips: Use an angled or square cut flat brush to apply - no point using the stubby little brush that comes with it! It doesn't do a good job :)
I purchased my first elf eyebrow kit well over a year ago, and I haven't used anything else since! Im currently using the medium shade, but I have also had Ash and Light (switched when I darkened my hair) Most people say they only use the wax/gel, but I use both! I use the powder to define my brows (I like sharp brows) then I use the gel to set them in place. I love this product especially for the price! And it lasts a really long time! I would recommend this to anyone!

This product is great for those who have eyebrow hairs, but need them to be tamed with adding a little bit of definition. The wax side is really good at holding all the hairs in place, and then the powder is really good for adding color :-) For me, I found this worked really well for a natural brown look, but for something more bold I needed something with a little extra colour. If you don't have many brow hairs at all, I would recommend something different with a little more colour :-)
I have blonde eyebrows and auburn hair, so I need to fill in my eyebrows to look like I have any haha! I use this is light and it's still quite dark but perfect for my skintone, hair colour etc.
I use the powder to fill in my brows for colour and the gel to add where I think it needs a little darker colour (if I want a bolder brow etc.). I then set my eyebrows with my Ardell brow mascara or a little hairspray on a spooly.
I couldn't live without this in my makeup collection, and for a couple dollars it's worth a try! Oh and I've had this well over a year and I've only just hit pan with the last couple of months.
I really like this product. I use the powder alone if I want a "softer" look or I use the wax first to define the shape of my brow and then the powder over the top for a bolder look.
It also works really well when I combine it with my eyebrow pencil as well, it's quite a versatile product.
It's really easy to use, you can't go wrong, just ditch the little brush that comes with it and use a proper brow brush!
The elf brow kit is very useful because i can make my eyebrow look naturally filled in and i can also make it bold and dark. what i dont like about this kit is that if you are not using the right technique to apply the powder/gel then you gets parts of your eyebrow which have a more solid colour and parts where its very faint.
Tips: brush your eyebrows before and after you apply the kit. if you have an angled brush try to apply the power/gel onto your brows with that and see if it makes a difference to the brush they give you
This was the first product I ever bough for my eyebrows, and its sooo easy to use! I use "light" for my light brown/ashy blonde haircolour, and its a pretty good match (although sometimes it can appear a bit dark if I put a bit more of the gel part on).
The brushes are ok. The one for the gel part is a bit tricky to use, but not bad, and the other one is a bit too thick to use it properly. Once you figure out the brushes, its easy to use, and gives a great result without looking like you have painted on eyebrows :)
I got this kit off Beauty Joint was pretty cheap only costed me $10 including postage. I got the kit in dark but sadly it wasn't dark enough :( i have dark brown/black eyebrows and it just was not a match! i think that if it was darker, i would have loved the kit. So sadly i have to wait till they bring one out that is darker!
Love this product, so good and lasts all day, does a really good job at filling in my brows and the colour match is good and is very quick and easy to use
