Moving from a pen eyeliner to this, I am very happy with the result, my winged line is so much more smooth, defined, and darker than when i used a pen. I do find that the end of the brush is quite long and a bit square rather than tapered into a point, which makes it harder to get a really sharp point on my wing, but it is awesome for the price.

I bought a three pack of these liners on IHerb for only $3 and considering the cost, they are incredible products. However, if I was to ignore the bargain factor I would like to point out a few issues.
I got a plain black, a gold glitter and a silver glitter liner in the pack. The black liner is very watery and it's quite hard to build into a solid line. To remedy this I had to fill in the line with another liquid eyeliner by Coral Colours - luckily both are matte black so they blended well. I'd also say that the glitter in the gold and silver liners should be a little finer, as I think that would look better on the lid. Those are the only 'cons' that I could see, and they're pretty minimal in the grand scheme of things. There are far more things to love about the product than there are to loathe!
The applicator wands are amazing, I wish all liners were made this way. The black liner has a very fine pin point brush that makes it easy to create a variety of liner looks! Usually I find it hard to get a precision line with most liquid liners as they have a felt tip style applicator - but not the e.l.f liner! It is really awesome :) I found that it was great for creating wings and drawing the eyeliner outline, which I then filled in with a 'felt tip style' liquid eyeliner. Even though I need to use two different products, I think the overal effect is worth it.
I also found that I could line my eye with the black and then put an overcoat of gold or silver liner on top without making the undercoat run. This meant I could create some really striking eye looks!
In terms of wearability, these liners stay put all day! They may be watery when first applied, but once they dry they're there to stay. Best of all, they are as easy to put on as they are to take off! Just wipe with a cloth and they're gone, no panda eyes afterwards. These benefits, along with the price, make this a product worth trying
I love liquid eyeliner and this one is pretty good for a cheap brand.
I love the thin brush that allows you to control the thickness of your eyeliner.
The pigmentation is not the best but it is still quite dark. I just go over it a couple of times to intensify the look.
It doesn't flake or rub off like some other eyeliners do which is good.
The consistency is good too not too thick and not too thin.
It's not a great eyeliner but its good enough to use everyday.
This eyeliner is actually very good for the price! It comes in a sleek black package with a thin brush applicator which allows you to easily create the look you wanting to achieve.
The pigmentation is okay, I often used two coats to achieve a more intense colour. In saying that it is very longwearing and didn't go dry/flake off or rub/transfer through out the day.
I think this would be a great product for beginners due to the price and that it is a great formula.
Tips: Be careful when placing the brush back into the product as the opening is small and can bend some of the bristles out of shape.
I cant say i like this product at all. I draw eyeliner on on a daily basis, and i have tried every eyeliner there is on sale these days! What attracted me to this product was the price. I was very excited to try this product next time i was to put make up on. As i went to try this, it took me about 5-6 layers to finally get the eyeliner to be pure dark. The first layer didnt seem well to stick to my skin, it had a lot of lines through it where you could see skin underneath, if you know what i mean. After 5 or so layers it did look nice, but the product does not last all day. It tends to start wearing off after a few hours. I would not recommend this to any of my friends as i know they wont, as well as myself, have all the time in the world to apply this eyeliner.
I Love elf products, but truth be told, they can be pretty hit or miss, and this was a big, fat, let down! I'm still pretty bitter about it (even though it was only $3)l
I brought this on iherb, so yes it was $3. A great price for an eyeliner if you ask me. I had read a lot of reviews, and people were calling this their holy grail. A holy grail eyeliner for $3? That was enough to make me whip out the old credit card.
This liner comes in the same packaging as the revlon one. It comes in a small container, with a wand that it attached to the lid. Simply turn the lid to pull out the wand.
The wand has an almost paint brush tip on the end, its really soft and thin so relatively easy to draw that perfect line. However, the formula is very smooth and runny which means it is quite easy to make a mess of your eyeliner if you are not paying attention.
This eyeliner goes on black as night, which is exactly what I want. But by the end of the day, the black had faded, and it is more a charcoal grey which is not a good look. I will keep trying to love this eyeliner, maybe I just got a bad bottle, I will never know... but for the time being I will be sticking with me Za Liquid liner.. that thing is amazing!
I picked this liner up for three dollars on i herb and I have to say for the price its proven to be a great purchase! The packaging is nice and sleek and it has a long handle on the applicator so easy to control when applying.
Now, if you like thick liquid eyeliner thats super pigmented and are not so fussed if the applicator is a bit bigger then i would direct you to the studio precision eyeliner in the e.l.f range. But! If you are all about the applicator brush being teeny and precise and are wanting a thin line then this one is great for you!
The brush on this liquid eyeliner is one of the best i've seen around, its super fine and allows you to be very precise. I do however find that the formula is a lot thinner so it takes a couple of coats to build up the opacity if you are wanting to do a thicker line. However, I tend to use this liner for an everyday look so the formula doesn't bother me that much.
This liner is very affordable and I would recommend it to anyone who is after a super fine brush!
Elf eyeliner is awesome I picked it up for $1 at eyeslipsface.com during their half price sale! I use this liner to create the perfect winged liner look! The product glides on smooth and does not need to be re applied! The liner does not have a noticeable fragrance which I like as this can be quite off putting.
I would recommend this eyeliner for anyone on a budget looking to pick up a good quality product! The bottle is rather small but tends to last a while and for $1 I am not complaining!
Tips: Once you have applied the liner allow it to dry before opening your eyes as it can transfer to your upper lid easily.
I recently bought this accidently in the shade "Midnight" at my local Kmart.. and even though I thought I was getting a black liner (obviously wasn't looking that well) and getting over the initial disappointment of a navy liner.. I was thoroughly impressed.
The applicator is nice and fine, sturdy and strong, so gives a perfect thin line. The product itself is quite fluid. Not as thick as some liners that I've used but it gives a good coverage and doesn't need to be layered again and again to get the density of colour you want.
I would definitely buy this product again, I've actually just purchased a Black one off iHerb and can't wait for it to arrive.
This product is a really good price and the quality is pretty good as well.
The black liner itself is really pigmented and leaves a lovely smooth black line which lasts me all night (don't have any worries about it rubbing off). It is also really easy to get off at the end of the night which is great for me because I have quite sensitive eyes.
The brush started off lovely and fine tipped, but after a couple of uses some of the bristles started to stick out at odd angles. This made applying a fine line very difficult because these little bristles left black marks on my lids.
I think this liquid eyeliner is great for anyone who is trialling how they like liquid eyeliner, but since I found the brush didn't stay fine like it should of, I wouldn't call this my holy grail.
Tips: Buy this liner if you are trying to learn how to apply winged liner, it is cheap and stays on for a long time (but is simple enough to get off if you make a mistake)
